Arjuna alter honestly is unstoppable in nearly every set ups. If he is paired with reines he will be next to impossible to kill.

Godjuna truly is built different. Usually the general advice for gameplay is to just pull for the top tier supports like Merlin and Castoria, but Godjuna is the only exception where rolling for him for gameplay is a great long term investment. Even at np1, he can outdamage np3 raikou unless raikou hits atleast one of her niche. Even in JP, he's still the best lvl 90+ boss killer, and that's with double castoria+summersashi/ Space Ishtar running around.

Was tryna summon archer guy (lying to myself) because I only had 90 sq. Last roll got np 2 arjuna. I can confirm after getting Merlin in 60 sq last week. THIS GUY DOES NOT MISS. Arjuna plus Merlin is easy mode. I’m somewhat hesitant for hard fights sometimes but then like arjuna just beats them without challenge

You are correct, Raikou can't hold a candle to Arjuna. I have him on my JP account and CQs are a walk in the park with him around.

arjuna alter: top tier waifu, top tier design, top tier gameplay. yeah, of course i went and got him np5, i already bond 10'd his lovely archer version it was non negotiable. im going to grail both of them once i have enough quartz ;v; i literally downloaded the game for both arjunas the power is just icing on the cake

Everyone is like: "You must Summon him, he is that Good", "He won't stay that good forever", "Arts Teams will take over", "i Just need an Berserker", "Rather save for Morgan" and so on! Am i really the only one that Mainly summoned for him because i like the Character? (I got him by the way) Arjuna was one of the First SSRs i ever got in the game and my first SSR Archer, in other words he carried me through great Parts of the game (even though everyone seems to Hate on him) and he kinda grew on me, so when i Heard his Berserker form is Coming, my Main Reason for Saving was not that he is an Great AoE Berserker (but that helped of course XD) but Rather that he is another version of Arjuna!

Honestly, him being a good servant is just a bonus, I'm rolling cause I *really* like Arjuna

I see a lot of people going back and forth about whether or not Arjuna Alter must be summoned in the comments. I think the answer I'll go for is that he's the best at what he does. Whether or not you want that is another question. - Arjuna Alter's damage output is basically second to none to the point where he can outright trivialize CQs through brute force. And this is probably his biggest selling point: you can turn your brain off and win that Lore/ticket/boss fight/story mission without having to do much more than grab a friend's Merlin - His damage output is comparable to Raikou against her targets of interest. Raikou gets a buff to improve her NP, but still only tops Arjuna Alter when she gets her favoured targets. - Are you going to farm with him? Possibly. Farming quests will start intentionally screwing with typical 3 turn farming (e.g. - Enemy formations of 2-1-3 targets by round). Carrying around a "one and done" nuke with a self 30% battery may be of use against formations that are set to hamper full refunds. - I think this is the only banner he's been on as a rate up. Every other availability to date in JP has been through GSSRs. - Fun fact: If I recall correctly, Command Codes can be used to activate his debuff bonus on the card you've equipped it to. So you're getting that damage boost even on your first attack if you're face carding. So do you need him? Not at all. But he has a set of skills which makes him extremely attractive to go after. He's a beatstick in a game where a well supported beatstick can hand you the world on a platter and will do it in a way no "jack of all traits" servant can. And if you want something to punch a giant hole in the enemy or if you just want to go brain dead during CQs, get Arjuna Alter. If you don't, don't. He's that straightforward.

Or, alternatively, just abuse the fuck out of all the Arjuna Alters that will be populating the the Berserker support list and save your orbs!

You hit the nail on the head on why I'm not summoning for him. That scene where Asha is celebrating her birthday and cries because she doesn't remember her dad but knows that she's missing something important left me in tears. He's an EX servant no doubt about that...but fuck him as a character.

I think everyone SHOULD summon Double A, if only because this is the only confirmed banner he gets EVER. If you decide to pass on getting him now the chances of getting him are practically non-existent, so thin carefully mates on where your SQ should go...

I was going to go absolute ham on Summer Musashi's banner, but now I'll go ham on Summer Musashi's banner, and maybe a little bit of Arujna Alter. I started this game almost a 100 days ago, I got 800 sq, and someone's getting pulled bro.

Haven't made up my mind about AA yet. On the one hand, he's undoubtedly very strong and would probably pair well with Reines. On the other hand, I'm not a fan of his character at all so far (haven't cleared LB4 yet so who knows...) or even his art for that matter. But, most importantly, I absolutely, positively NEED to bring Merlin home this year and would rather let wallet-kun rest for a while after Kama, Reines and Jalter's banners... At the very least I plan to rolll for Asclepius so I guess we'll see what happens when we get there. (got about 300 SQ + a few tix so a few rolls shouldn't hurt too bad) Oh yea, and keep in mind we'll soon get a fair amount of bonus SQ for completing free quests, so you might wanna do these if you haven't already. Good luck to all of you who've been saving up for Godjuna, your patience will soon be rewarded !

I was never a fan of summoning for berserkers because I always thought of them as a double edged sword but after taking a look at Godjuna and what he can do, he changed my mind real quick XD. I Really hope I get this mad man. He has been the one servant I've been looking forward for this entire year besides Chad Orion. Good luck to the other Masters who will roll for him.

I'mma be honest with you: Altjuna is literally the reason I downloaded FGO. He has my favorite character design of any male servant, and he is as OP as they come! I have 132 Quartz and 17 summon tickets saved just for him, and I am willing to roll until I pull him or go broke because I NEED a good AOE servant; the only 2 I currently have are Arash and Salieri (and screw Salieri). I just the gacha doesn't shaft me by only giving me 5 star craft essences like the last banner I rolled on (I hate Meihousou so much). however, I will also accept Karna as a consolation prize; he's a decent AOE from what I've seen

I mean, what was the point of unlocking the Karna skin if Godjuna will not be besides him in my support list? :v I will gather the bois once again (Godjuna, Karna SSJ Red/Pink, and Hot Wheels), I'll even add the waifu (Kama) to the team so it will be like one of those end game Isekais where everyone in MCs team is just multiverse level and shit.

Godjuna is good for newer or less developed accounts cause he will carry you for a very long time but a developed account doesn't really need him especially if you have Skadi + any quick AoE looper. I do recommend rolling for Ascelpius though not only is he story locked but does everything except buff dmg.

2 main reason why players are not summoning for Godjuna. 1: Poor / F2P player 2: Not a waifu

Many are saying they don't need Godjuna because they have Parvati NP5 for quick farm looping or they already have NP2/3 Raikou. Then there's art looping cause of Tamamo. Then there's me who have none of those with no AOE buster. So personally, I'd be trying to get Godjuna. Y'all can't change my mind! I managed to get him after throwing 200 SQ for him.

Well, ya hit the nail on the head as to why I’m just throwing a few tickets at him - Musashi was what got me interested in the game in the first place, so saving for her, and I already have Raikou. Maybe my “both Kama and Reines came in the first multis” luck will have a third reoccurrence.

Two problems with Arjuna Alter: 1) I don't have QP and ember to level up him immediately 2) I STILL DON'T OWN HIM! It's the most painful banner waiting time(

people in the comments are OD'ing on copium, Godjuna is insane and far better than any other berserker right now. Like if you don't want him don't pull, but your year 1 5 star berserker or rando niche 4 star is in fact not better than Godjuna.

Was not gonna pull for him but my greed got the better of me. So after 8 tickets and 2 multis i walked out with Artoria, Qin Queng in my first multi and Arjuna Alter in my second with him being my first card. Never have i been so glad that my greed got the better of me. And now i can calmly save for Demon Lord Nobu.

I don't actually use Godjuna much on NA or JP, unless I die and using the one Saint Quartz (I value my command spells for healing and NP, not revive) isn't enough to win the battle, and if it happens? Out comes Godjuna, and away goes everything that isn't hiding behind Godjuna

Arjuna Alter also only gets this one rate up outside of New Years and lucky bag summons, there’s no other chance to get him. But I NEED him, he’s my goal in life. No joke. Number 1 thing I want in all of everything, I grailed Arjuna as my first Archer, Arjuna Alter is who I absolutely need.

I'm going for Ash and AssClap. If Arjuna comes along, sweet. I'm not worried about him though, my friends will have him level 100 2k fous so I can just use them.

Yeah, the fact that his NP is AOE is counter intuitive for many because they think that he is wave clearer, maybe with a strong post NP turn Raikou style. Instead he works like a single target boss killer that hit so hard with his buster cards to the point of making damage resistances almost irrelevant. The AOE part is just a bonus for starting the engine and that's why he is OP even at NP1. That said i am a fan of the Merlin + Cheng Gong combination.

4:55 he can't do it, the only buster loopers are 50% battery characters or Artoria and Mordred because of the slight refund, and they need mlb Kscope 🙈

Well personally I wouldn't try summoning for Arjuna Alter, since Im pretty low on SQ and I want to start saving for Merlin... however I feel like I NEED to at least summon 2 or 3 times to try and get a copy of Asclepius since I like him so much, so if I do get Asclepius and then Arjuna Alter comes in one of those multis... he's more than welcome

I mean he's undeniably great and all, but... I have NP4 Parvati and Skadi, I have my high end AoE needs covered. High NP level Dantes users have even more reason to not need him for gameplay reasons atm... For ST purposes... I have my bases covered.

Pulled him and ashwat guy with 15sq only ! (No asclepius) I completed 3 berserker as f2p, vlad for arts, mhxa for quick, and godjuna for buster. Just need OP support like merlin waver and castoria. Waver spooked me on skadi banner that makes me leave the game for around 8 months or more, when SSR ticket selector came gotta pick tamamo if she didnt spook me
