Rare times that Ranatunga batted for long in an Odi match. He will bat at 5 or 6 with less overs remaining. Played some good strokes. Sachin was looking good at 21. Jadeja should be coming a little up the order. Azhar played very well

He was a great ,visionary leader, he built a team to win world cup with great dedication . He even provide shelter and food to players from outside the colombo . He was not an average player , his average is more than enough to that cricket in era. He played so many match winning innings. Though he had big tummy , he was a good and safe fielder.
