@@agravemisunderstanding9668 not anymore the new kibble system doesn’t really use Dino specific eggs, instead it’s based on size and rarity.

My issue with these things isn't that they sneak up, it's that I'll be trying to tame a swamp creature and they'll sneak up and kill my unconscious creature.

1: how much torpor per bite. 2: how much damage per bite. 3: is it worth it.

1: Lots, over time. 2: Not as much, but that'll hardly matter when your asleep. 3: Generally, no. At least not since the kibble changes.

I feel like you didn’t stress that titanoboas will only tame with fertilized eggs instead of regular ones. And I agree that you should have mentioned that they only eat eggs once tamed. I’m also curious if a high level boa might have a use as a taming dino for its torpor attack. Everybody seems to say that they’re only good for laying eggs, but it’d be cool to see someone actually using one for other stuff.

On Scorched Earth or Ragnarok/Aberration, they are ideal to make use of your low level Wyvern/Rock Drake eggs.

Tip off subject for pvp: If you shoot a pteranidon right in that strange looking skin thing you can get double damage. So if someone is trying to pick you, shoot there ptera right in the forhead with a shotgun:)

My titanoboa places it's egg right next to it's body for me. I guess mine has manners, and I don't need that complex egg laying structure lol.

Mine too. I just have mine sitting on a stone ceiling (in case the egg falls through the floor), and aside from one that fell through the floor, the eggs always spawn next to my snakes, never under them.

I levelled up to 91 before even killing a Titanoboa due to that same trauma. The feeling of revenge was priceless.

lol... at 1:29 he is looking at the map while a snake is wriggling towards him in the tree's .. and at 1:31 there is another right below the wings... and at 1:41 he asks where the 2 snakes went... meanwhile I'm screaming in my head "They Are Behind You!" lol....

My Argies are broken. They don't show the animation of picking something up, and so it's much much harder to pick up many dinos, especially tames...

Maybe some info about feeding titanboa... since they dont just eat meat from a trough once tamed. They can be prone to starving and I'm not sure if you have to manually feed them, if they eat eggs from a trough or their inventory on their own

the snake should have a saddle so you can ride it it should be I a bit bigger and be able to wrap its victims just like normal snakes do

Okay, so I know that the snakes eat eggs once tamed, but do they just pull them from the trough? Should input some eggs in their inventory? And do I leave them on wander to produce eggs or will they produce just sitting still? Sorry for the long post, new ARK player

Dodo eggs to fee them in inventory. Just let them sit then collect their eggs.

The bigger the eggs, the better the tame. I’m pretty sure that’s how it works, though I could be wrong.

I'm immensely sad that the snek is only apparently grabbed for eggs. I always had hopes that in a game like this there would be emergent roleplay that would pop up due to resource scarcity, animal presence, and ecosystem. Unfortunately, I am not only wrong, I am horribly wrong. That's what killed the game for me...

Nowadays Titanoboas are not as useful, their eggs make Superior kibble now, which for some is useless once you can make Extraordinary Kibble

Can someone please tell me why my game refuses to let me tame more than one of these guys? A single snake does not an egg farm make, and I've now dumped over 20 wyvern eggs into snakes. Their tame bars fill completely but they remain wild. I'm pretty sure it said, "too many tamed" once it was finished taming. Please help, google has done me no good on this.

Are you playing on official? If so it probably means you've hit the tame cap for the server.

BigBoobsMcGoo You have way to many tames of everything, in my server everyone can only have 60 tames and can’t go past that number, unclaim some unuseful tames and come back.

Either make sure your settings allow for higher lvls.... after that, just patience.... lots and lots of patience

You can still use them but not for the TAMING process he said. Thry have to be already tamed up, Then theyll eat em. From my understanding.
