Yea they use civil asset forfeiture when they’re able to claim it was likely bought with drug $ but the vehicle must be paid off and it has to be worth enough $ for the resources,etc An old car worth a few K wouldn’t be worth it

I’m amazed at the odds the police or troopers come upon people on probation or parole with illegal drugs on them or intoxicated. I don’t even know anyone on probation or parole and I wouldn’t be worried if stopped. SMH that these people are given their second or more chances to do the right thing and can’t even do that. People must love to be incarcerated!
