After watching these chases in Arkansas, I can NOT watch any other chases in other states. What these other states allow to go on is horrific. Miles and miles of chasing the vehicle. So many missed accidents, so many people in the way of the officers pursuit which can cause severe injury to the police and the civilian. I don’t understand. I would move to Arkansas seeing how safe this state is in comparison to other states. My hats off to ALL of the police officers in Arkansas. You are the epitome of keeping the civilians safe in a high speed chase. Thank you to all who serve.

I hope all the judges who deal with these criminals watch some of these chases and understand what these Officers have to deal with and watch the perps walk out the door with no punishment. Any judge that lets criminals perpetuate crimes that could harm or kill innocent people should serve time as well. The justice system is broken and should be fixed and soon.

It really gets me how we occasionally hear a suspect mention that they're trying to "get their life together" or "thing have been rough lately", but they somehow come to the insane conclusion that getting arrested for felony eluding is going to help their situation.

I would prefer to get a ticket opposed to a FELONY. But then, my lead foot has aged the last 2 years, so I now follow the limit---gas prices ya know! ASP, and even so many of the city PD's are something else. Now I know Arkansas is on my "bucket" list to visit.

How does one decide to run , after giving the officer his license? That is a person who make poor decisions. Not to mention speeding when you don’t have insurance. Which running from the ASP is yet another poor decision. This guy is poster child for what not to do.
