I lost my 50 50 to dehya at 70 pulls but after that i got her in 60 pulls. Then also got her weapon in 60 pulls

i tested with 9 minutes and assumed it would stay, my bad

My first impression is she is selfish on heal but I like it.... I'll just worry on buffs then the field is all her.

I'm healer player and rarely use shield. I run her with shield bot Thoma. I don't have any problem with her HP. But her team mates health are the one I have to concern about. 😅 I might swap out my Yelan with Kokomi in Abyss.

If you have her C2 or more, she can solo the whole game content.

Yes u want BOL basically always active. And since it wont disappear even if u swap to zhongli to shield again, u should just shield up Everytime u feel like ur shield gets weak

@@xeroc4691 Sort of true you don't want to be throwing her BoL away but her damage decreases as her BoL decreases, at some point it makes sense to burst, reseting your skill cooldown, so you can restack BoL because the 5 seconds needed to get full BoL is better than hitting for much lower damage at low BoL + lets you field sub DPS to get their damage in. Especially if you have C2 as you don't have to wait 5 seconds for the Blood Debt to become due.

Using Burst would be unnecessary unless you need to heal or if you need to reset Skill because you did a wrong rotation. Yes, you can stack BoL to 200% just from her Skill. Although you can only get up to 145% in total per Skill cast. If you still have e.g. 60% BoL, from the next Skill cast, by max you can have (60 + 145)%, with the max being 200%.

​@@lastsecond959 But between at 80% -> 30% BoL your damage is much much lower than 145%, in all honest the few seconds you lose in the burst animation to jump you back up to 145%+ (normally 200%) immediately allows you to front load more damage, Arrle often really isn't looking to do multiple rotations, here damage is high enough she can do it one. Having been playing her (admittedly C2R1) I've been finding plenty of situations in both Chevreuse Overload, Melt and Furina Vape teams to drop her ult at lowish BoL to get in a few more really high damage attacks (250k+) instead of waiting for the next rotation to finish it. Especially in Furina teams to keep your fanfare stacking, you might not "need" to burst but it definitely has its uses and shouldn't be ignored as a good option at times, characters who get CD resets don't need to be so stringent with rotations.

Nope it doesnt. It'll still use the spinning thing spear users do. But I did notice that her infused pyro attacks seem to have some spikes similar to the ones in her skill. Also I think her pyrp infused attacks are accented with black instead of white like other pyro chars, which is interesting

They deal additional damage to characters with BoL (BUT only with attacks which were supposed to add BoL to your characters, its like a punishment for not healing and not dodging) which means Arlecchino is more punishing to play if you don't dodge properly. Also the BoL they add equals to % of their ATK so it won't be very much for Arlecchino, it's not worth it to get hit.

essentially yes although the healing disable also allows her to keep her bond of life during battle even with healers on the team, which maintains her damage potential while still allowing you to use characters with healing in their kit who can still provide extra benefits

It depends on how many enemy inflicted with Blood-Debt Directive or let's just say "X". If you are against more than 1 enemy, you can just absorb it right after since it will give you (2 * 65%) BoL. If you are against a single enemy, you can wait for at least 5s to make the "X" to lvl 2 (Blood-Debt Due) which when absorbed will give (1 * 130%) BoL. I personally have the default playstyle regardless the amount of the enemy which is "E -> Swap to 1-2 support -> CA -> Swap to other support -> Spam NA", this way, I will have the CD of her E fully refreshed with enough BoL to stack for the next E cast.

Needs to be C2 at least for it to be instant. If not, have to wait 5 seconds before charged attack.

@@Pandiculate Just to add something, it is unnecessary to wait for 5s if there is >1 inflicted enemy. Also, not worth it to get C2 if it's just for this reason in my opinion, because you'd want as little time as possible to having no CD for E, and by switching for at least 5s is enough for that.

Great question! I didn't try it out, but her description says " 7% of BOL per attack, and limited every to 0,3 seconds" so it prolly doesn't matter how many u hit, since it's limited to 7% of bol per attackevery 0,3 seconds

I think You are can actually heal her BOL with foods that's why you are still consuming the food it just happens that the "hole" is too deep that the HP you gain from the food looks insignificant.

She can't as she's not a Fontaine-born. She also doesn't have Arkhe. Her vision casing is also Snezhnayan.

So she marks enemies with a Blood Debt with her Elemental Skill, if she waits 5 seconds and then Charged attacks a marked enemy she gets 145% of her max life in BoL. If she is C2 then she doesn't need to wait 5 seconds to get the BoL. Her signature weapon will also give her 30% max HP as BoL when she Charged attacks any enemy, once every 14 seconds.

Simply put, there are multiple ways to increase her BoL, such as: - Weapon effect - Blood-Debt Directive/Due - Applied by enemy Long explanation below and I'll try my best to make it easy to understand. Casting E will apply Blood-Debt Directive (shown as a thin "X" mark). If you have unlocked her 1st Passive Talent, after 5s from applying, it will be upgraded to Blood-Debt Due (shown as a thick "X" mark, visual difference is noticeable). This "X" mark will disappear 30s after being applied. 1 Blood-Debt Directive (thin "X" mark) = 65% BoL. 1 Blood-Debt Due (thick "X" mark) = 130% BoL. If a marked enemy is killed, you'll get 130% BoL instantly. The "X" mark can be absorbed by doing a CA or Q, which will give you the BoL. Through this "X" mark(s), the limit is 145% BoL in total per E cast, so if you absorb 3 Directives, it won't give you (3 * 65% or 195%) but 145% (the third mark only gives 15% not 65% as it exceeds the limit). 1 NA will consume 7.5% of your current BoL (so if you have 130% and do 1 NA, it will take (130 * 0.075)%. Not (130 - 7.5)%). Here's an example regarding the total limit of 145%, let's say you marked 3 enemies and you haven't absorbed the marks then you killed one, now you have 130% BoL, meaning you are 15% away from reaching the max value. Then you do 4x of NA, now your BoL will be 95.17%. When you absorb the 2 "X" marks, you won't have 145% BoL but instead the remaining 15%, so it's (95.17 + 15)% or 110.17% BoL. Remember that 145% is the limit per E cast, you could make it more even up to 200% simply by not consuming your BoL to below 30%, leave it at e.g 50%. When you cast another E, that 50% you already had isn't counted towards the 145% limit, so you can get max (50 + 145)%.

@@limysyenpai537 Definitely appears that way, though this one could be a good one if we get a support that can apply BoL to other characters, then it would be a decent stat stick for a useful passive.

@@limysyenpai537 I think it might, high attack stat, crit rate ascending, gives 25% BoL for a 12% damage buff, if a support can give you at least 5% BoL then it becomes 24% damage buff. High attack, crit scaling, +24% damage buff, that would be an all around solid spear for most characters if you can build up enough BoL.

Yes her Masque of the Red Death empowers Normal, Charged and Plunge with pyro damage, doing any of those consumes 7.5% of BoL for each attack done

@@lastsecond959 Ahh you are right, plunge does not reduce BoL but is infused by Masque of the Red Death, which converts it to pyro damage, which is then buffed by passives. Just tested it, I think the wording of the skill has changed from the beta where plunge used to consume BoL too. On the rest of your message I said it consumed 7.5% BoL, not 7.5% of your max health worth of BoL, so not sure that was needing any correction.

With Blood Debt + Sig weapon she can get 175% BoL in a single Skill + Charged attack (without Sig weapon its 145%). Max BoL is 200% so simply doing E + Charged attack twice without consuming BoL more than 150% (90% without Sig weapon) of it after the first one will max it out
