Great explanation for arm drag. It still happens to me. I launched some dozies over the years when it happens. Keep up these concise videos regarding delivery issues Coach.

Dan thanks so much for the great explana. My son is 11 and seems to have a little bit of issue releasing the ball correctly. He releases it little Like a curveball instead of letting the ball roll out and crear that back spin using his index and middle finger. Any drills or videos you can point me to work in this. Thanks

This video is just what my son needs. He has been taught to reach so far back, and now his drag causes him to push the ball and throw high and inside. Any advice/video on drills to correct would be great. Thanks for all the awesome content.

it would apply generally to all. also...there aren't any leagues that disallow submarine deliveries...?
