I loved the quiet atmosphere at the gym! Nothing but the weights. Great video! Pretty cool to see a different style of recording of your day! Merry Christmas Jay!!! 💪🎄
Jay, it’s awesome seeing you out and about getting a haircut. You’re a genuine good dude. Keep pumping out videos with your new cam. Love and respect from Connecticut!
Jay please do more videos like this one! It was really fun to watch. In the gym and all your personal stuff. Very cool. Keep it going bro 💪🏻 Forever a fan.
Man this guy is such a gem. So kind to everyone around him and gives such great proven advice. Really great role model for the younger guys in the gym.
Today (Thursday) was "Arms Day" for me as well. I love to Super Set, a Triceps set and then a Biceps set...5 exercises each, 3 sets each, with a rep range from 8-15 depending on the exercise and weight.
I’ve seen videos on the DJI pocket 3 and never once have I felt the need to buy one. I’m watching Jay’s video for his workout and suddenly feel the need to go out and buy this camera!
Been going to lvac for over a decade and have ran into jay so many times. I remember the first time I saw him and we was just repping 6 plates on squat. Shit blew my mind how strong he was. Always very nice too. Solid guy
Another great video, I'll be doing this workout later in the week. I never miss a video Jay looks like he's gaining a little weight which is good he just gets more muscular
Hey, I just started watching but this has to be I think the first video y'all have put up with 4k resolution--Jay, you look even more insane now than in 720p!!💪😎👍
I always did chest and tris together because of similar compound movements and because I'm a creature of habit. Decades later, due to a small injury during my old ass comeback, I did bis and tris together....AND I LOVE IT!
Jay, I really appreciate all of the time, effort & thought you put into the content you release. I am a little late to the game, I've pushed weight around off & on over the years, but really started getting serious about it over the last year & have learned a lot (a lot from you), rethinking form, speed, control, reps, etc. That being said, do you have a book or any literature that you'd recommend for someone not necessarily looking to compete, but just really wanting to get bigger & more complete?
Jay love watching your videos them, you should do some youtube live streaming videos when you're at the gym so you can talk to your viewers while you're doing your exercises
Watching this video with light Christmas jazz music playing underneath it.. as I eat my Chistmas Eve preworkout meal. Looks like Santa came early with that new camera.. very cool. Merry Christmas to you and your family Jay.. enjoy brother!
Jason, set the camera tracker sensitivity to slightly less , the low down angle works when training but no so well close up in the house, for your info , full length shots from the hip height and headshots chest hight and above, hope you don't mind me giving some tips bro
Jay, couple of things, first I appreciate the covers on the benches you worked out on, some of the clubs I go to are ripped and worn out, second the camera is amazing to be able to capture every movement, and third I use to cut hair and how great would of been to have a pro to pick his brain about weight training. Thanks for your videos 👍🏻👍🏻
I have to say the greatest impressive thing I see Jay accomplish is never getting a serious injury or complications to deal with from bodybuilding while even being on the top. I never got an injury from training but ended up with worn out lower back but from over use and easily tearing a disc from saving a man from injury dropping a 600lb airplane sill and I ended up with the injury!
@@Brad-t7e That I didn't know but what most face when in their 50s is joints and ligaments problems and worn down cartilage as far as I know he hasn't had any of these problems.
Hi Jay and Crew! Watch all your videos as you talk to us as we would you. Can you do a video that talks about the people working with you? How long they've known you, family, what they do etc... LOVE Dave's voice but do not know much about him. Thanks and Happy Holidays!
Really nicely shot video, great content also. It would be really interesting to see you and Phil Heath train arms together, your training styles are so different but you both get great results.
LOL same here. I'm listening to this while doing biceps and triceps at Gold's (28 sets total). Then headed straight to my haircut. Osmo Pocket 3 seems pretty cool 👍 34:40 Folks with misophonia going nuts 😬
I've noticed if I don't lift as heavy as possible for 5-10 reps I just don't grow. 18 months of trying solid 8-12 with no gains. Everyone is truly different
You also have change the work out . The body gets use to it. Arnold said you have shock the muscle into growing. Decided to change the reps or weight on the fly ..
OK Jake Cutler is huge and a legend so I know what he's doing is right but I always thought I had to keep my back perfectly straight, slight bend in the knees
Grüße aus Griechenland I love you Bro! AKI
Yeah the camera worked great. If Sam can do it all on his own and have 2.65 M subscribers how can you go wrong. Plus save you some money at the same time. Also when you do it all yourself seems more personal. Like a one on one with the viewers.
