Agreed more Arm wrestling associated injury prevention or rehab type exercises would be great arm wrestlers are riddled with issues you could pick up alot of views just from us 😁👍
Absolutely, a ton of chronic overuse injuries in armwrestling and surprisingly little knowledge of scientific physical therapy concepts within the sport. They do a lot of “blood flow” for recovery and not enough rest or proper rehab.
@GangdamStyle20 bro I did pronation curls with heavy weight until failure it was my first time but after that I got some prblm while armwresling I cant feel my pronator muscle bro I cant use pronator muscle my pronator muscle got numb what is solution for this bro 😭😭

@@ChrolloLucilfer_0 I think pronation is way more common, pronating allows to target the opponent's hand and wrist better, supination is handy when transitioning into a press
@@ChrolloLucilfer_0 pronation is used heavily in hook arm wrestling as well. Pronation is important in pretty much every style of arm wrestling. Supination has its place as well but definitely is secondary.
Supination is used only in specific ways, but you almost always want to “keep your pronation” when you armwrestle. If your hand is outside your shoulder and you’re supinated, you can only fight with your bicep which is an extremely weak position in armwrestling.
