@@thefarmwrestlerwho is your friend? How tall is he and how is he only 160 lbs? How big are his arms? And does he train legs?

@user-sg1bn2ij2k it's Geoff Hale! Aka the Haleraiser from arm wars WAL and others. I don't think he squats any more. Just taekwondo. He's 5 foot 7 inches and his weight bounces between 158ish and 165. He doesn't have to cut to make 165. His arms are probably around 16" and he's very lean.

@@thefarmwrestler no way they’re only 16’’ lol. Mine are 16 and his are way bigger, I’d say 17 at the very least. U shuts should measure stats in a vid.
