I watched the three 101 vids. I've been in the teaching business for 20 years and coaching for 10. You sir have great skill at explaining/coaching. And Mrs Monster camera work is perfect at showing instructional angles. TY for the lessons.
Ive been doing it with neutral grip pullups but with out the spinning handdle, just fully cupping over the bar and its really nice on the forearms. Should I try and use spinning handles? I almost feel that they should be harder without the spinning handles but I dont know I have not tried them. Just curious cause im new..
Very informative video mister, thanks. I was listening ivan matyushenko and engin terzi one day and ivan said he made a research and found out that most of the winners in the amateurs are the ones with 1st : stronger cupping 2nd: stronger internal rotation(side pressure) . But when I think now yeah if you cant rise, you dont have any access to your cupping and side pressure you are right. Even when you are just doing hammer curls if you lose your riser you are pretty much done
Another awesome , informative video. If arm wrestling ever kicked off in the mainstream, I hope you'd start your own wrestling school i.e. be like a residential 10 month academy like they do with soccer in Europe.
@@MonsterMichaelTodd Your welcome . I have to admit that's pretty cool if I was a arm wreslting champ or anything relevant that's exaclty what i would shoot for at time like this.
@@MonsterMichaelTodd Because yeah I did hear when you mentioned you wanted to have a match with Levan and I also seem the post of you in him in it like a vs. Problem is the shutdowns with the virus.

@@MonsterMichaelTodd sweet. I'm in Northeast Texas. About 4 hours from Littlerock. Not sure if that's where your stuff gets made but I wouldn't mind a little drive.
people that work on cars have strong hands and wrists i used to work on cars and i would jam my finger on the metal all the time so increased my pain tolerance, and turning them wrenches, will help wrist, one of my Auto mechanic teacher was like late 50's and his for arms were huge.
I saw a Travis Bagent video where he said simply that he does six exercises... Bench, curls, and lat pulls. Then, on alternating days he does dips, pull ups and should press. He said he does 20 sets of 5 reps. So, do you have a plan like that? I’ve been doing a modified version of his workout since August. I have a cable and table, so I added cupping and other wrist and forearm exercises to his original six. Of course, I only do 3 sets of 8 (for each exercise), but I try to keep it consistent. If I miss a day, I just do the next group as if I didn’t miss a day. Anyway, again, do you have a video that lays out your week?
Where do you draw the line between training the same exercise every day and worrying about the muscle not healing/building first? Would like to understand that sweet spot to increase my training.
Can you día vid on how to cure thumb pain from top rolling I played with my uncle a few days ago and I can’t grip anything with Ku thumb because it hurts to much any tips?
