Arnold Schwarzenegger is the greatest body builder of all time. My Mentor for over 56 years. When I started at 10 years old. Sincerely Richard E.Dodds.
Always and forever the undisputed GOAT, everyone else is just vying for 2nd. The absolute best front double bicep pose in bodybuilding history past or present he destroys all!
He did it the natural way. When you take the time to build yourself up the right way, you are better off. You look better, feel better and you are stronger. With drugs, you may get there faster, but it does not last and you get sick in the end. Arnold knew how to do it. George Vreeland Hill
I have been bodybuilding for 30 years and when I look at Arnold he had the perfect body...He could not compare to he size of the bodybuilders today but that does not matter...he had the best body from the neck down to the calves
Neck down to the calves? I admit his top half was phenomenal but he didn't have big enough legs to match his upper he said it himself that he knew he had to work legs more
@@russdemello8029 he's leaner legs contributed to an excellent Y shape on top of having a slim waist at a perfect 6 foot+ height, Arnold's calves were some of the greatest calves I ever seen as well.
Arnold wa carved from marble. Just a beautiful physique. Still, my all time favourite is Sergio Oliva. Arms bigger than his head and a back thicker than a lorry tire and a V taper to die for. Both major icons in the sport.
@HolyWaterful its called an arm blaster. it stabilizes your elbows so they dont move to make your curls more strict. it can also be used on tricep pressdowns to make that movement more strict also. basically it locks your elbows. you rarely see them around nowadays
Hey can you explain what (3x8-10) means eg:Incline dumbell press - 3x8-10 im new to weight training and i dont know what to do or how many to lift THANKS
