Arnold Schwarzenegger's empire did not start with a 6 pack; it started with a 6 plex! 0:00 Intro 0:16 Before He was Famous Arnold was a Beginner Commercial Real Estate Investor 2:00 How Arnold Built His Commercial Real Estate Empire
Sir. Driving a 427 vette down I95 from NY to Fla is my passion. thank you for your direction. I'm convinced that I will drive that car thanks to you .God bless
*NOTES* Arnold Schwarzenegger Empire Started w. A 6 Plex - The foundation of his success wasn’t his 6 pack, it was his 6 plex - He saved all his money, and bought a 6-plex - He wanted to buy an income producing property before he bought a home - He did what’s called apt hacking and lived for free, living in apt 6 of his apt complex - 3 years later he sold the 6 plex and bought a 12 plex - Down the road, he sold that and bought a 36 unit - By this point, he got the hang of it and started building his property empire - That’s not the moral of the story though - He used his real estate to fuel his passions to give him the financial freedom & time to do other things than working 9-5 Using commercial real estate to fund your dreams by giving yourself the financial freedom to not depend on your job is the way to go
Thanks so much for all the videos I'm learning, at least trying to so when i have saved up enough money i can invest in some duplexes and work my way up. I'm 25 and my only vision right now and dream is to be able to provide for my parents as days go by they are only going to get older I don't want them to ever not have what they need. I want them happy to enjoy the rest of their years for they have gave me everything they werent perfect but they try their best. thank u.
Great content. How did he buy the first 6 plex? He said he only had 27k and the property was 215k . Did he take a bank loan mortgage or something? Thank you
Hi Peter! , As always Inspiring. I am currently working on my first 4plex. I know ideal is 5 , but with a 4plex i can still acquire it through f.h.a and rent out the other units with a very low mortgage so my cashflow will be decent . From there i will be going towards bigger 5+ unit apartment buildings. Do you think this is a good strategy? Thanks !
Peter I live in Oakland in the heart of the most desirable and expensive real estate in the COUNTRY. I have never bought a home. I'd like to make a commercial purchase as my first purchase. Is there any hope for me here in the Bay Area, CA?
Can you advise me on where I should start? I basically need a step 1. I'm currently self-employed and have been sustaining myself thusly for the past 7 years. I have a small savings and I have a credit score above 700.
Thank you again for great content. When is the next lesson scheduled? Could you review Tax Benefits of Real Estate, I am reading Loopholes of Real Estate: Secrets of Successful Real Estate Investing (Rich Dad Advisors), I think it would be a very valuable lesson, especially if taught by you. Also, I reached out to your organization and did not receive a response.
