The Around Corby Walk is a 31 mile anytime challenge walk in Northamptonshire devised by Ramblers member Mel Jarvis in 2009.
It passes through attractive villages including Wilbarston, Gretton, Stanion and Brigstock and takes in rolling countryside and woodlands, plus the impressive 17th century Kirby Hall.
Unfortunately large sections of the route are very overgrown and our arms and legs were pretty badly scratched by the time we finished. The paths are also blocked where a new housing development is being built so this route now badly needs revising and updating.
A shame as it could be a really nice trail.
