Last year I hit 89mph with my Arrma Limitless Saw Blade Off-road speed run project making it the worlds fastest 7th scale RC car. But my goal is to break 104mph and beat the bigger scales! With this years build we have all new parts on a Limitless V2 chassis making it better and faster than ever!! In this video I break last years record with a 94mph clean run! This build includes Castle Creations 2028 1700kv motor, Xlx2 w/ Ripple Killer Cappack, Onyx Batteries, RamJam Racing drive shafts/New V2 center spool, EMP motor mount, EMP 0 degree rear hinge brace and Raz Perfect Pass V2 Carbon Fiber Bat Wing. Do you take note of wind direction on the ice before your runs? Being only 10 mph from your goal, a strong tailwind could easily push you past the 104 mph mark.

Yeah definitely! It's hard to run with a cross wind. It blows the car easily being so slippery, and I usually try and use the wind to my advantage. This day was actually very calm.

Is it a good idea to mount a ripple killer cap pack under the esc.

I don't think it really matters where it's mounted, you just want to install it as close as you can on the esc.

Take off the go pro its too much drag, more speed, set the fail safe on the radio no more run away. good speed lets see 100.

A RC car traveling at these speeds is going to do damage either way! Luckily the sawblades will amputate the limbs and make the doctor's job much easier 😉
