Please help and suggest I am confused and unable to make decision between Felony Vs Infraction. Felony looks so awesome and tempting but has rear tires and different differentials whereas Infraction is same platform all rounder with okish looks. Please help whether I should go with Felony or infraction for drivability, speed and durability
Felony is fun, but not the best for speed running. Infraction would be my choice for easier upgrades and driveability. Plus you can put whatever limitless gt body on the Infraction easy.
I bought Arrma 30mm motor mount for my Limitless V2, Can I use Castle 2028-1100KV motor in default position? because I dont want to change it to battery position. the length of the 2028 is 113,2 mm and the car motor space is 110 mm. I can only ask from youtubers because I have to buy it online and I can't see it in person before buy. thanks.
Does he make a mount that doesn’t require drilling out a bigger hole for the drive cup to fit for the version 2 Dbxl e or is this pretty much standard in order for this to fit?
@user-lf6mn3po1l yeah I still have it. I stopped at 96mph. But I recently hit 113mph offroad with my saw blade limitless. I have to edit the video still
I just installed my front and rear emp diff lockers. Theres a lot of resistance in my drive train now. Wheels dont spin freely and easily like before. The wheels are acutally hard to spin. When i tighten down the bulkhead plastic covers, looks like they may be rubbing on the larger emp drive cups causing the issue, when i loosen them the wheels spin freely again. I think the drive cups are too big for the stock bulkheads and are rubbing. Did you notice this after installation?
I definitely noticed no shims were needed, I think I only tightened my bulkhead just enough to keep things tight but no resistance. Otherwise aftermarket metal bulk heads pair very well with these.
Thanks man, i found the issue. I will have to Dremel some material off the stock bulkhead plastic covers on the outer edge right next to where it makes contact with the bearing. There is a lip there thats rubbing on the drive cups. The smaller stock drive cups cleared that outter lip but the new ones rub on it. As soon as i loosened the bulkhead covers the wheels were spinning freely again
@@zagertRC Anytime bro. I've gotten a few new rigs since watching your videos, Infraction 6s, Kraton and Outcast 8s! I always enjoyed watching your videos from builds on the bench to speed runs. Hope to see more soon!
Would it be ok if I kept everything stock and changed the mount and pinion to 24t and everything work fine , or would it be a long term issue? I definitely like the concept of not having to change anything out and keeping it stock. Wit those speeds I wouldn’t worry with changing the motor or esc
You have to buy a Sky Rc GPS first and then use it with the app. Here's the GPS on Amazon, it might be cheaper other places if you shop around. I had to hit pause and grub some mustard sauce u all going ham …. Quick question again bra is a metal DEF case necessary in arrma infraction or is it only after a certain speed you would suggest using a metal DEF case with bigger bearing?
Because stock location is the worst design that anyone ever thought of. Way too much movement causing ridiculous amount of ripple and possibly destroyed xlx2s
Hi what do you think about my: pinion gear mesh settings on my DBXL E 2,0, thanks.James ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-nHTReSemJco.html 13Tvs18T comparsion onmy channel ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-xeUJKmy8d0c.html
Hey brother, I have a question I know you know your stuff so I wanted to ask you I’m getting ready to do a full on speed run car I’m starting with a Normal Infraction, but there’s one thing driving me, kinda bananas, the front and rear, the front more input cups are making the drive shaft wobble what do u think is the problem? Thank u.
Stock or aftermarket parts? Stock parts comes wonky sometimes. Aftermarket, if there's play in the drive cup going over the shaft you can use shim tape to take out rhat play and make them perfectly centered
@@zagertRC it’s a Arrma Infraction completely stock brand new out of the box and I noticed drive shaft all wobbly and I look at rear input cup and front input cup and links like there wobbly ? Like a lot not a lil bit one is more then other front is real bad back just a lil bit
