Had mine for a while. Few teething issues but the guys at AS are super helpful on FB. I also chose to assemble mine myself. I believe JK Army assemble them now for a price. So the assembly you have wasn't from factory. I recommend swapping the nozzle out straight away for a gm v3.5. Happy with mine, for a self assembly kit it was fairly easy to put together with the instructions from AS. And with the crazy jet barrel and deception hop rubber it's a laser. Feeds flawlessly from tm mags (I don't use any others for comparison). There are however some proprietary parts that I think are extremely difficult to replace and easy to loose. There is also a small plastic moulded part at the end for the bolt return spring that needs trimming with a razor blade. Otherwise, it catches the bolt when it reciprocates.
the spring loaded bar in the back of the upper is the auto sear trip, as the MCX bolt is shorter than a normal M4 one, it requires that bar to act as an extension. the APFG MPX and MCX have the same thing although not spring loaded
Just as fyi, as far as I’m aware for MCXs, the screws used to hold the barrel in the receiver, should be removed and replaced in order, hence the 1 and 2You see. Not saying it helps in this case.
On the real MCXs? I have the Vitus and the Spear LT, you can loosen them up in any order, but you gotta tighten them in a specific order. They're captive though so you don't unscrew them all the way out.
Hi, I bought the same one, but I didn't trade the dust cover🤷🏻♂️ and I would like to know if the dust cover is included in the kit or not? Thanks! It's very important to know!🙏🏻
@@brandontrunks1319 The kit came assembled, in its case, but it was missing a dust cover. The store told me that it didn't come with the dust cover or the inner barrel. I understand that it doesn't come with the inner barrel, but the dust cover? That's my question?
@Nomarypunto the kit from Arron smith does not include a dust cover or an inner barrel from the factory. I was under the impression (from another source) that the assembled version by JK Army did. However, I seem to be mistaken.
