This is how the dealer became captain in central city…He was undercover as a street dealer when The Hood attacked him, then when The Count hits him with the Vertigo he shoots himself across the edge of the head so as not to cause much damage, he was promoted to Captain after recovering from his injuries.
They recasted him in the Flash, since this episode was shot in 2012, Flash came out in 2014. When this episode was shot, there wasn't any plans for a Flash show so it's just a minor retcon.
I never understood how people get step, in-law, and half siblings mixed up so much. Maybe it is because I have a big family and have step siblings and in laws, but it seems like a simple enough concept yet people always seem to get them wrong
When you finish the season 2 of the flash pause it for a Little bit and catch up Arrow until season 5 at least, then you could watch both shows at the same time without confusion / spoilers
To be honest I hope he is enjoying Arrow and not watching it because people asked or forced him too. People need to realize that when people recomended the Flash he enjoyed it you can tell by the epiosdes. He does like watching Arrow but the thing is he doesnt have to watch the entire arrowverse , he can watch what he wants to watch. People will say that he will get spoiled from the cross over episodes in the flash but the thing is he doesnt even have to watch arrow because he has the crossover is the correct order with the flash. I hope people need to understand that of you enjoy one show you dont have to watch the entirety of the entire show or other shows.

Cause you've asked before CEO is Chief Executive Officer, aka in charge of the company and makes all the long term decisions and overall strategies CFO is Chief Financial Officer, and deals with company finances etc including staff bonuses, payroll, taxes etc COO is Chief Operational Officer who typically runs day to day operations and would be the 2nd in command if the CEO was off work for whatever reason
How am I only just now noticing that not 1, but 2 big actors from Fringe are in this epp. Now that's a very cool show to binge watch. Honestly would say it's some of JJ Abrams best work.
