@@rickflag1424 mmmm best animation version teen titans. Best live action is arrow. But over all…. Mmmmmm im going with arrow in my option because of how deep with Oliver and slides relationship. When just the creepy version of slade from teen titans. Like one layer of his character. But in arrow there were more layers of slade
Nice you got to meet Slade Wilson. As a side note, Wade Wilson(Deadpool) was based upon him, before they GREATLY changed his personality. They're both masters of guns and dual swords.
@Don Townsend, The Wilson name reference is from the movie Castaway with Tom Hanks... He was stranded on an island for years, and he only had a "Wison" brand soccer ball, that he would talk to... that is where the wilson reference comes from.
As a veteran soldiers do cover a vast range if stuff. I was Military Intelligence and then after that Logistics. But i was also an expert marksmen and trained in field medical aid, and i even went up to level 3 in unarmed combatives training as well as a red belt in taekwondo and was Air Assault qualified. Not to be confused with Airborne. Even tho neither of my MOSs (Military Occupation Specialty) where combat based. It just depends on how much effort you put into it and how much you prove to your company and battalion that you want to be as we would say high speed. In the US Army basic training is just that basic training. It cover a ramge of what you need to survive on a battlefield.
ASIS is Australian Special Intelligence Services, so hes basically a commando. Dig was US special forces and would have been given basic medical training, specifically how to deal with soldiers hit with landmines or bullets.
The thing with "I'm trapped on an island and my only friend is named Wilson." is from the movie "Cast Away." It's about a man stranded alone on an island and his only company is a ball called Wilson.
In the army any combat job you will be trained on first aid because if anything happens to you and you can still move you should be able to patch yourself up or anyone wounded just to keep them alive until the medic shows up. Nobody will get to you and patch you up in the middle of a firefight because that will cause more casualties. To be honest all soldiers get trained on it to a degree even if they weren’t a combat job, but in combat jobs it’s like an everyday training where in non combat is occasional like once a year maybe.
Try posting more arrow videos. Obviously it’s your choice, but the less you watch the flash the more genuine the arrow reactions would be because the flash spoils arrow a lot.
39:12 I only really realized after rewatching the show a few times but there is a bunch of imagery around knifes or arrows in eyes in the first two seasons of Arrow. And its amazing foreshadowing. (Spoiler Alert for beyond season 1 Arrow) I believe the eye arrow/knife imagery is because of Slade and what happens at the end of the season 2 flashbacks. Oliver "killing" Slade at the end there instead of curing him is repeatedly said to be Oliver's worst mistake like ever. And he regrets it more than anything. And Oliver has plenty to regret from the island as shown in later seasons so thats saying a lot. In the first deadshot episode, episode 4 of season 1 i think, when Oliver shoots lawton in the eye at the end of the fight Oliver just lingers there for awhile and only really snaps out of it because of Diggle showing up. Theres also Billy wintergreen's death shown in this video. And in nearly every time Oliver or others go the Lian Yu during the show; before, during, and after season 2, Slade's mask is shown with an arrow in the eye. Honestly i just really love how this is all shown in the show, its amazingly clever good writing and really makes me believe Slade is Oliver's worst mistake; not Akio, the season 4 girl, Shado. Slade. Its so well done lol and i love gawking about it
Yes dig is more advanced soldier and yes there is also ppl who specialise in certain stuff like medics but dig aint no medic he a soldier.. they do teach basics of medic stuff to every soldier..
At least for the first five seasons we get one of these full episode backstory episodes each season and they are usually a highlight of each season Season 2 in particular is amazing but you will see when you get there I really think you should watch everything Arrowverse related until the seasons after the Arrowverse ends most of the shows were cut short that season because of Covid so their story lines were continued in the next season- for most of the shows that means the final season- for flash it is the second to last season but I still think there is Merrit in the final season if for no other reason then finally seeing where the flash started
At 40:00 the statement about trapped on an Island with Wilson is a reference to the Tom Hanks film Castaway, where he gets stuck on an island and makes friend with a ball he calls Wilson.
Hey Don I have a reaction request you should watch Lucifer or Vampire Diaries then with Vampire diaries there’s a spin off show called the originals and you’ll know when to watch it
Hope you realize when Oliver was in Felicity's car asking for help, that was Stephen Amell hanging halfway out of the car so his body could be in the shot with how large he is... 😂
btw I suggest watching legends of tomorrow TV show too also arrowverse one of my favourites maybe not everyones but mine.(Funny) Supergirl too but idk first 2 seasons were good but for me it got boring after that. +=Just if you indeed watch them start when they start in the timeline idk if you get what I'm saying here (Legends of tomorrow is good till like the end of the fifth season)season 3 is the shows prime I think (MY OPINION)
Bummer, I guess no more Daredevil. I suggested to BigNerdDean to check you out. He's in Japan. I love you both & thought a collab maybe someday in the future would be awesome. He's a reactor from Britain too & since you mentioned going to Japan... brain swirlies lol
0:58 now imagine they try make their villains cg, and you see the main issue with the flash, on top of him just having amnesia until the last move he does that he could’ve done at any point prior but like I said, amnesia.
33:44 you said "10 second" like that's a super long time. It once took me 14 minutes of CPR to bring someone back from the dead. (Not a doctor though so maybe 10 second is long and 14 minutes is insane)
Depends on the country and whos selling or buying. About 10 years ago a kid in Somalia could go for 200 Euros. Usually for sex trafficking, sometime manual labor like mining etc. The value of a life is almost worth nothing when you've sold your soul.
LoL are you calling it "the flash" just so that people comment and increase the engagement of the vid? I mean I guess as far as comment baiting goes that seems rather chill, so I can't really be mad XD
