By popular demand! This video explores Arrow's training. That means the training that Stephen Amell did for the show to be able to pull off those awesome stunts and bodyweight moves (like the salmon ladder!). But it also means the training that Arrow might do were he real in order to improve aim and accuracy.
The TLDW version is that Stephen Amell trains predominantly using calisthenics, such as muscle ups, push ups, pull ups etc. When he does use weights, he still keeps it 'functional' by balancing at the same time or by choosing compound lifts. This gives him a strong, lean core and provides him with the strength-to-weight ratio and transferable power he needs to act like Oliver Queen. I recommend trying bouldering as a fantastic, similar workout, or building up to awesome bodyweight moves with progressions.
Amell also runs, does parkour and martial arts and eats a diet free from glucose, processed sugars and dairy. He does this as a way to keep blood sugar steady and to structure a healthy diet.
Of course the real life (?) Oliver Queen would also need to train accuracy to become the Green Arrow. He would do this by practising archery, as well as potentially using drills and mindfulness. I suggest that you might also be able to practice using VR!
Let me know what you think guys, I poured everything into this one! Check out the blog soon for the accompanying written piece with lots of additional detail.
Thanks and bye for now!

@Zach Kabia I train because of Stephan amell. I think it's because i feel comfortable and motivated because it crosses over my enjoyment of watching superheroes and i feel like it relates to me. Training in the wild seemed cool. I use weights and stuff but using the wild is the next step.

Hmmm, I do archery and is not really a workout, is more a mental that physical, in the club where I practice they are some people much better that I am but their physical performance is not so high. Plus create an imbalance in the muscles, English longbows archers have it because one hand push and other pull.

Coming from someone with archery and firearms experience there is absolutely no substitute to getting out and shooting. There are so many variables beyond hand eye coordination that contribute to being accurate. Things like the way you grip the weapon, the way you stand, the way you draw, the way you pull the trigger/release, your breathing and your grip as you release your arrow are just a few things that massively contribute to your accuracy or lack of. Having good hand eye is obviously helpful but not nearly as much as one might think, especially when it comes to combatives.

You are on point with the tracking the fly situation. I used to do this out of necessity because I HATE flies. When you can track a fly with your eyes it almost looks as if it's flying in slow motion. Once you loose focus it's like the fly vanished!

I really like these more practical videos. How to be more practical in one's training. I am happy for anyone who can bench 300 pounds. If it's good for you...good for you. But it does little for me. I do a decent number of close grip push ups, since that's how I will push someone away from me, of get up from the floor. Push a car. Throw a punch. Fire a pistol held at arms length. And so on. You're videos give me lots of ideas. Thanks.

+Invictus The key is to use more of a rolling crunch motion, rather than a folding in half motion. If it's hurting your lower back, perhaps try a different move like hanging leg raises? You could also consider an ab rocker. You're doing a ton of situps by the sounds od it, so may just be fatigue!
