I think art journaling is good for so many reasons. Great for practicing, experimenting, spilling thoughts and emotions all over the page. I think it builds confidence with different mediums and techniques. I enjoyed watching and listening to this. Thank you for sharing.

Honestly I have gone through so many art journalists and theyre inspirational and all but THIS is what i have been looking for! Most of the "scrapbookers" and art journal processes are all just people cutting and gluing paper! and stickers!!! Its nice to find someone who actually puts a lot more effort in their creation!! And thank you for your talks!!
