Thank you so much for your kindness! I still struggle sometimes to achieve my goals. I used to be the biggest procrastinator :oD What helped me the most was to set a FUN and achievable goal (short term) and break it down in a list of tiny-tiny goals. And to get myself to do it, I would just force myself to do 5 minutes of it (just 5 min). And that worked so well! Usually I would do it for 1 hour instead of 5 minutes but even the times I only did 5 minutes, it still felt great and left a positive inprint for the next time. And little by little the feelings of procrastination vanish a bit more and more.
