I live alone and don't have family or friends so I buy art stuff all year wrap them up then forget what I've bought so I get surprises, some times my elderly brain comes in useful lol. I love tins too, I bought a star shaped gold tin for Christmas with lip balm in only wanted it for the tin. Love your videos merry christmas
I did the same for most of these things, though Nick did wrap them all which was kind of him because I am hopeless at wrapping presents neatly! 😊. Aw thank you! I haven't seen the Mont Marte cotton paper in too many places, but The Art Shed is where I first found it, and they have a very good online store.

Happy New Year! I love the miniatures. I have done a few in the past. I then got into miniature clay food and that lead to doll making lol. Art supplies are so addictive and being creative is addictive. You really got some fun items! look forward to new videos to see what you create with them....

I am planning on getting those watercolor set in wood boxes! I think you know that they added 2 more sets! I love Sennelier too! I bought the range of Watercolor in a huge Wooden box and I love them!
I have just gotten the other two boxes, finally, so now I have all five sets, yay! 😆 I also have the wooden Sennelier box; such an amazing set, I love those paints so much. I am so glad you love your set too! 💜

I was naughty and bought the new Schmincke colours as well. Can't wait to see if you like these sets. I bought mine before the lovely wooden tin was available. The new paints are on the way but who knows how long it takes. For the last parcel from Jacksons I waited 6 weeks! Currently it is not advisable to order from them because the postage is insane. They can't send parcels with Royal Mail to Australia because of covid.
I must have just sneaked in before postage prices went up because I paid about $3 I think! I swatched the paints yesterday and they're soooo pretty! You'll love them, I'm sure. Plus the boxes are really nice! Fingers crossed the turn up soon. 🤞
@@BeckyTregear yes, I have those colours already and love them. I am waiting for the tundra and forest sets. A few days ago I tried to place a small order and the postage was $30 with DHL.

Oh yes, I just found the boxed sets a couple of days ago! I have them on my wishlist now, but they're a bit expensive so I'll have to wait a while until I've saved up some more $$. Sennelier products can be quite hard to find here too, Nick just happened to see it in one boutique art store. Lucky me! 🤣
Those typo watercolours really reminds me of the old versions of the daler rowney studio travel palette before they changed it to the new sleek version that's a teeny bit easier to open than this. I wonder if the paints themselves are similar or not now.

Conversely I have entirely too much stuff right now and I'll have to go through my studio and maybe put some things up to sell or give away, so I can make room for the new stuff, lol! @@BeckyTregear Haha yeah well the stuff just arrived so no sales yet tho you can use a coupon. It's mostly cards and pencil cases what's on sale but I'm sure, at least I hope, they begin selling the pens and journals too.
TK Maxx is a department store that takes the leftover stock from other companies. Most of the one's I've been into have one or two shelves with stationery items and the occasional art supply. Total potluck on the day as to what is there! I have never seen watercolour paper there again. 😭
Oh my god that’s so funny that typo watercolour set is exactly the same as the one that’s now being sold in 2020 sorry 2022 in Kmart and it was only three dollars in Kmart
