that means that the transducer on the pole needs to be level with the atria. so that may mean raising or lowering the transducer on the pole so that it is level with the patient's phlebostatic axis
to get the MAP, you wrote down: "Diastolic times 2 + 100 / 3 " but you said "Diastolic times 2 + systolic / 3 " is this a mistake? sorry just making sure.
