Laoshi Gladys Tan is my taichi teacher - yes, I agree with you - her movement is smooth and gracefully perfect. It's because of her patience, guidance, commitment and passion that I find taichi easy to learn and enjoyable to practise. Glad to know that you're certified on this form and has been practising it too - Happy practising taichi!

Excellent presentation...fluid, graceful performed..I do practiced this form and I am certified on it since 2007...but your performance is flawless, indeed!...Thanks for posting it.

Excellent, been certified for about 6 months now. Also trained in korean and Japanese styles to black belt level. Still very forceful and have to slow it down where upon I get the flow or cat like movements. I will not teach it until I could possibly get close to your perfection. A video like this is a great training tool and inspiration to attain peoples goals. From an old warrior thank you.

When I learned Tai Chi, I was told to remove my watch. I wonder why she had her watch on???? Also, I think she looked rather stiff and nervous, although she performed the movements correctly. Was it because she was having stage fright? Her Cloud Hands looked stiff. I would move the waist more to the right (or left depending on which direction it is), up to 65 degrees (2/3), instead of to merely about 45 degrees. Personally, I think all Tai Chi is good for health but if you have arthritis, it's best to not do the low stance and the movements which require you to do low squats like "Snake creeps down..." Sun style is good because it is performed with a high stance. The most challenging from is the Chen style. Yang is somewhere in between.

Yang chensun of course you don’t. Just Critique. Secondly if you don’t know why someone would ask you to remove a watch nor why it removing it would make very little difference then quite frankly you’re in no position to speak. As far as cloud hands go 65 degrees is too much. The form calls for 45 making a 90 with the entire turn. Read Sun Lu tang’s book or read the wushu regulations on the correct movement. At the end of the day it’s tai chi for health, but Thanks for correcting her cloud hands I’m sure our health will surely improve from your profound knowledge of watch removal...
