Clip taken from a British indie movie called The Comittee (1968). The song is from the Crazy World Of Arthur Brown first album. You can see Vincent Crane (pre Atomic Rooster) on the keyboard and the drummer would be Drachen Theaker, probably totally out of his mind, just look at him!
