Arthur was never a bad man. He didn't really have a choice, he was a young teen when he joined the gang so he really didn't know right from wrong and Dutch and Hosea raised him. And I don't think his parents were ever around. I don't remember Arthur mentioning his parents in the game. But when he got older, he started to realize that he's a good man that just did terrible things. If you play the game correctly, you'll see what I mean. Walter was just straight up narcissistic, evil, and greedy. And he would do anything and everything to keep his power. First, the money was for so he could pay for his cancer treatment. Then, when he started seeing how much profit he was making constantly, he didn't give a fuck whether he lived or died. Walt got greedy and wouldn't stop. That's where Heisenberg came into play, his alter-ego. That's what really turned him evil
I think when arthur got to know that he does not have a lot of time to live he started getting wiser or kinder (high honour arthur), but Walter chose the wrong path when he got to know that he will die soon
I agree with you . Arthur was a young child when he joined something as dangerous as a wanted gang, not to mention that he was forced to watch his father die as well as his mother... it makes sense that Arthur would be an outlaw due to his past
Arthur would win in a shoot out he has more experience then Walt with guns plus Arthur’s got dead eye on his side so the fight would be over before it start
