Greeting YG sir, l am astonished. No one could so lucidly explain the theme of Article 13 of the Constitution. The doctrine of severability and the of eclipse is so easyly explained by you that it will definitely help the students to understand. 👍
Sir , I have no words to describe about your teaching methods , I always use to see your channel for any difficulty in Law . I shared your vedioes with my fellow class mates , they also found your Vedio helpful ❤️. Hatts of you Sir ❤️🙏.Keep uploading vedioes . ❤️
I loved ur crisp explanation , I started to pursue law as a naive person, some of the legal terms seem very strong to me and I am unable to digest. How to overcome this problem. When ever an article is being taught , another article number comes... I am unable to process. Please help me as to what should be done sir. Thanku before hand.
that is what law is, terms are finite, you'll learn the meaning of most commonly used ones in some time, and about the article jumping, that is what you have to get used to. Focus on the concepts of the article and the article or section it refers too, ignore the numbers of the sections/articles in the starting.
Sir you have given the best explanation on article 13. I appreciate your explanation. I understand your explanation on Article 13 very well. Other youtubers don't had explanationed article 13 properly as compared to you.

Greetings YG sir , your lectures have helped a lot specifically in Hindu law subject. I have recommended the links to students for last minute studies. Sir it would be really helpful if you could give lecture on adminstrative law. Your way of teaching is undoubtedly excellent.
Parliament can't make laws which curtails FR acc.article13 But article 13 (4) parliament can ammend FR .... So if parliament want to make such law so they can first remove that FR then pass that law so what did judiciary do now it can't curtail FR
I was soo serious while watching and understanding the concept but when i saw that illustration of doctrine of severability....i cracked up badly...LMAO. GREAT WORK YG SIR
Par sir pre wale mei to Pehle hi doctrine lg jaegi separability ki to vo to void hi rahenge na to deep chand wale mei doctrine of eclipsed kaise ho jaenge
In MP Jain some articles are more than 50 pages too, youll have to read all of it and figure out what is important on your own which should be based on the exam you are preparing for, you have to see previous year papers for that , there is no universal formula.
