Thank you friends for stopping by to see my art page for this week! I appreciate your support and encouraging comments. You all are amazing! This is a wonderful open collaboration hosted by Patti at ‪@lifewithpatti9531‬ . Every Sunday she gives us new prompt to play with for that week, this week was Butterflies!
This week I used distress oxide -mowed lawn, vintage photo, and archival ink peeled paint for inking and stamping. Collaging with bookpage and napkins. Circle were cut with circle punch, not hole punch! lol Circle embellishments were inspired by ‪@TrashyTreasyours‬. A wonderful new channel for me, with lots of creative ideas daily! Highly recommend checking her channel out!

You have such a comforting voice. It’s so calming! Of course I’m trying to read the book while you glue it down. Ha! My library has amazing sales too. It is hard to not buy, buy, buy. As for the brush pen, if you can’t unscrew the top, I’m not sure how you’d get water inside it. I’ll had pens like that. They get warped at the top and get stuck. I adore butterflies and your page came out beautifully! So natural. 🌺💕

Hi Gwen, I absolutely love your page. I love working with napkins also. We just got a new air conditioning unit installed today thank goodness! It’s been 110-112 everyday here and our ac was not keeping up so it was miserable in here. 95 at the perk of the day in the house. But now it’s a beautiful 75 inside my house. 😊😊😊😊

🦋🦋🦋 love your butterfly page. We just watch fireworks from the yard. We can see the crazy neighbors and the tops of the city sponsored display. We are having a potluck with friends. I don’t do crowds anymore. I keep the ac at 78*. Work is set at 76*. It is 95 outside at 630am, so no open doors weather for here for awhile.

Thank you Audri! That's fun you can see the fireworks from home. I can hear the Disney fireworks every night, but can't see them. Pot luck sounds nice for tomorrow. Sammy hears your bird, LOL. You’re sounding like you’re feeling better so that’s good! I’m glad. Keep following dr orders. You don’t want to risk getting anything else. Our AC decided to quit over the weekend. So many went out around here because they’ve been working so hard through this heat. I keep mine at 70. Love your page! Beautiful! Happy 4th ❤️ 🤍 💙

lol!! Love our little birds! Yes, the last two days I can really feel improvement! So grateful for that! Oh no! Can you get your AC fixed soon? One of the library in Phoenix has a couple shelves at the exit for purchase and you just put the money in a locked tin. So that's pretty cool

My water pen unscrew opposite of the "righty tighty lefty loosy" and i use a syringe to add the water.

Our AC is set at 78° and we don't touch it. Phoenix is hot but too low and bill is ridiculous 💸💸💸💸

That's what I was thinking too. We are trying for 77-78. So far that temp has been good enough to beat the heat!

@@GwenTheTrashWitch yep sometimes just had to test a few days. We were dropping to 76° at night and my bill def went up. So summer it's set at 78° and winter it's set to 68°. Then the in between time it might not even come on at all lol

How did I miss this? It’s hard for me to alter books 📖 I love them so much and usually want to read them! LOL fun process video. You have a water pen…How did you get water in your water pen in the first place ? Or are you just using g it like a regular paint t brush?!? LOL sorry to giggle buuuuut the cartridge will unscrew. Let me know if you have figured it out. As for air conditioning we don’t really have the need for that here in Michigan besides a couple weeks in the summer. Anyway love your butterfly creation!🦋
