How can nature be a refuge? In conjunction with the current exhibition "Joseph Stella: Visionary Nature," we invite you to watch this video of a discussion with Stephanie Heydt, Margaret and Terry Stent Curator of American Art, and two living artists whose work engages human relationships with nature: Charmaine Minniefield and Rev. Houston R. Cypress. Andrew Westover, Eleanor McDonald Storza Director of Education, moderates this conversation. Together, the speakers consider how artists engage with nature as a source of inspiration, release, and refuge.
