Well Iga is just the one to beat and on another level. Hopefully she makes the WTA tour better. What an exceptional athlete. Proud of Aryna. She was playing with a minor injury and was rushing the points. Wish her rest and recovery for RG.
Sabalenka needs to watch some Sharapova clay videos on how she works the point instead of immediately trying to use power. She chooses her moment and has pretty good rally tolerance. Also, BP conversion...Sabalenka doesn't break Iga and that's why great clay courters are also good returners. Serve is not as important.
@@marianagaoka9687 she doesn't! She goes the Serena route...sure, that works but only if you have the Serena serve. She can bash n serve her way to a final no matter what. Sabalenka doesn't have a serve as consistent as Serena.

Rome and RG realistically almost impossible to beat Iga unless she’s injured and retired mid match. Stuttgart and Madrid are more realistic to beat her even healthy Iga but it still takes a lot. If Aryna was going to beat Iga on clay, she better did it in Madrid though. Or Stuttgart like Rybakina did but even then it still takes three competitive sets and longer match to settle, so players better have that stamina to hang with her.
