Only thing that could've made this a better set is playing My Own Grave. I kinda like how they kept it old school though, only means they'll have to tour when the new album comes out \m/
This is why the metal community is the best. After all that happened, even after all those years...here they are back together again, killing it, and the crowd enjoying it.
Joe Chester Its all about the music? Seriously? He tried to murder his wife. If I murdered your loved one its all okay if I were a musician? Jesus. People are so brainwashed
Man. After 5 yrs, I never thought I'd ever see this band again. It is truly a miracle. The love i had for this band 10 yrs ago was only topped by ac/dc and metallica. Still can't believe I'm watching this on my phone! AILD FOREVER!
AILD 2008 Warped Tour in Phoenix, AZ was my first show ever. They opened the show with Through Struggle and I got goosebumps instantly. Watching this video when Through Struggle came on instantly brought those 2008 goosebumps back.
Let's not forget the unsung hero in this particular reunion... The person taking the video! Thank you for getting this recording! How hard it would have been for me not to be raising both fists, horns up!
AILD is one of the most important bands of my life; alongside other groups, they were my companions during my socially reclusive adolescence. it is so indescribable to see them having sorted out their issues and playing together again. it'd be a dream come true if those guys came to Brazil in the future and I had the chance to see them live. about the video: great quality of recording! I had a blast watching it. I wasn't able to discern the bass at the beginning, but, especially starting from the second half, it became surprisingly crystal clear to me (for example, on 'the darkest nights', 'a greater foundation', 'nothing left', '94 hours', ...-very brutal tone!). it's obvious that Tim still needs some time to get back in shape, but he wasn't bad at all; just not at his best. good to see Josh's vocals in very good shape too-the whole band, actually... if I were there, I'd be headbanging and jumping like crazy. thanks for putting this out!
Been listening to these guys since about 04’. I’m a die hard as I lay dying fan. Literally my biggest influence. Nothing killed more since the news. Still to this day my biggest influence on guitar and drums. I hope to god they come to the east coast us. When I heard they were back together I couldn’t have heard better news. Greatest band to ever walk this earth!!!!!
The 300 people that were at this show are so damn lucky. So glad to see AILD back. And in a very open, honest, and real way too. It's fantastic. And they are sounding great together once again!!! \m/ \m/
😢 the feels. we all know deep down that even though everyone in the band, especially nick, despised Tim for a few years, but they all missed playing these songs together. their stage presence is unmatched and they are truly one of the best bands I have ever heard. they all missed playing these songs. love this. thank you
Stephen Dobson : Nice dude. I showed my 55 yo Dad My Own Grave, gave him the back story and had him read the lyrics and he loved it, and he isn't a metal fan. 🤙
I´m close to that and I love them too!I played bass on a Metal Core band where we made some covers of them...Still wanting to do that stuff back...! So happy they are back..Hope Wovenwar stays alive, too!
This is amazing. Brought tears to my eyes seeing this. Nothing in this world like true friendship and forgiveness. I cant wait until a tour!! Thanks guys!
And still... A lot of dick heads with "Oh he hired a hitman to kill his wife" thing... Man, come on now guys?! Really. I mean, let the past buried deep in the past... They back! I hope that Lambesis is fully recovered of that misconduct and lack of empathy for others.
got chills when FOREVER ripped open! awesome sweet memories of seeing these guys in high school and traveling to see them. in my travels Tim and Nick always remembered me. the last show they played Nick gave me his guitar pick after playing Confined.
It's nice to know that these guys prolly feel so good about playing music in front of great fans again. Such great music deserves to be shared and enjoyed. What a time to be alive. Wish AILD the best
As I Lay Dying was one of the first heavy bands I listened to. I never got to see them live though! I swear if there's an opportunity to see them live in my country I will make it so happen. There's something special about bands you know for so long.
This set list is a perfect summary of the trials and tribulations of Tim and As I Lay Dying. It tells a story each song in the list. I'm glad Tim and As I Lay Dying are back. Rebuild now. 🤘🏼

one of the greatest concerts in my life, in Mexico City, his voice seems crushed but in sure its only matter of time to gain its power again, hope to see them soon in México, please!!!!!!!
This is AMAZING!!! So glad they are back, you can really tell on Tims face, during his little moments he will pause, and you can tell he missed doing this! CANT WAIT FOR THEM TO COME OUT EAST!!!!
When Tim went away my biggest regret was never seeing them live and I thought I never would.... Now I’ve got the chance and I’m fucking STOKED about it!!!!!
