Charged for contempt of Congress. Not complying with the phony J6 committee subpoena because he had protections as a member of Trumps admin. Other administrations before Trump's similarly had instances where presidential admin officials didn't comply with congressional subpoena's but Navarro was one of the first with a few others to be arrested, charged.

Trump has been indicted by Grand Jurys based on evidence. He will be found guilty or innocent by a jury of his peers again based on evidence, That jury is subject to the scrutiny of defense and and prosecution. Anyone could just as easily say that judge Canon is biased toward s Trump. I won't. No one judge no one prosecutor can convict anyone one on their own. Even if the DOJ is weaponized they couldn't put him in prison without the due process of law I just explained. If you want to believe this bullshit you can.
