I heard him say “Julia Bloodborne,” and I looked excitedly back to the screen to see Julia making *that face.* perfection.

About the Bebe Rehxa thing: the issue is she writes / has written music for basically EVERY mainstream artist so therefore she’s featured on basically everything as an inherent right of working together with basically everyone. Since she writes for basically everyone (often without credit) it resulted in her career being essentially dead for years and then when she finally decided she actually wanted to push her own career for once, everyone felt like it was an industry plug or she was just copying other sounds because technically, if you think about it, she kind of is due to the fact that she’s been writing for other artists for so long. There’s also the unfortunate fact that song sampling is just a thing, and a lot of artists like her tend to rely on sampling because they essentially think that if their name alone isn’t mainstream enough they can force it by using mainstream samples, and while it does work often times it’s absolutely awful for those of us who don’t just fully absorb literally any music we hear. Personally, I don’t like her either other than a few select songs, but I did learn a lot about it a few years ago when she started getting popular and I was like what the hell is this lmao. But yeah, if you look up a list of songs she’s written you’ll guaranteed see at least one song you enjoy from an artist you wouldn’t expect.

On the worst song debate: I think, when you don't like something and are bombarded on it everywhere and everyone keeps praising it, after a while you get so annoyed with that, that you convince yourself that you hate that original thing much more than you do.

I don't comment on videos ever, but I just have to add that a couple years ago I was really suicidal, but I always kept thinking "you can't kys yet, a new SSS vod comes out Wednesday/Sunday". It may seem like a silly thing to look forward to, but it kept me alive. So yes, Jacob and Julia are really helping people even if they oftentimes can't see that

My college theater department had a chance to go to NYC and see Sleep No More (alongside several other performances, meet directors, etc) but the funding was turned down. I was DEVASTATED. Fund the theater departments, people, we don't even have an on-site shop.

Just wanted to say to Julia that what you do for a living helps people in a profound way. I like to read the SSS and Drawfee comment sections, and pretty much every time there's at least one person saying how the video/episode/vod helped them get through being sick, mental health stuff, bad breakup, or other life crisis. And I'm one of them. You provide inspiration and laughs in a way that really helps me get through the bad stufff. Just knowing that there's a Drawfee ep/stream vod/SSS vod coming up tomorrow or next week helps me go on when things feel too difficult.

Hello, bebe rexha (some what) fan here. She's a producer and song writer so a LOT of popular songs were made by her (and sold/gave to other pop artists). So that's why she does a lot of features and have influential friends who always bring her up. Now, don't ask me why she never keeps her best songs for herself. It's a mystery I'm trying to understand for years now.

My silly story for showing adults video games is that my grandparents saw some kids playing a video game in one of their soap operas and subsequently asked me to show them one of mine.
