As Your Establishment is exempted in PF, Please Submit Your Withdrawal Case to Concerned Trust 

Hi, I have worked for 3 companies. Last worked for HCl. And now I am not working. Initially, I attempted to process my withdrawal through the EPFO portal but encountered a challenge as it displayed information only for my previous companies' amounts. Subsequently, I applied for HCL PF withdrawal through the HCL portal. However, when I tried again on the EPFO portal for my previous company's withdrawal, I encountered an issue stating, "AS YOUR ESTABLISHMENT 15 EXEMPTED IN PF, PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR WITHDRAWAL CASE TO CONCERNED TRUST." Interestingly, before applying through the HCL portal, I could apply through the EPFO portal without any hindrance. I find myself in a perplexing situation now. Hcl initiated the settlement from their side. So how can I withdraw the other company's amount from EPFO?

Before watching this video, i watched another video and linked my previous orgs to current one which is Trust; because we can only withdraw current company as per option provided. and all old ones must be linked so that withdraw can be done. Now thanks you ur video, i figured out its an issue where my current company is its self managed Trust other than EPFO. As per your video, i will unlink prev orgs with current one. But please advise on my following query: In UAN website, it allows only to withdraw from current employer. How to withdraw my old orgs PF ??

Sir, after selecting "details of previous account, which are to be transferred " than i need to put the OTP. the OTP i am putting it's showing an error that the OTP is invalid. I tried several times on multiple occasions. But the error is the same". Please guide.
