Hi, thanks for your efforts on preparing such helpful video, I have a observation on your video related to the process you explained on PF transfer from PF trust to new company . you have mentioned that, employees have to submit the 4 documents ( statement, annexure K, Letter, Cheque ) to next organization when they change job but as per the process no company will provide these documents directly to their employees and these will be directly couriered to next company upon submitting PF transfer form to his/her previous/present company.

Finally I understood why I can’t see my passbook working in TCS. Thanks! Can anyone suggest me which reason I can chose to withdraw the PF?

One of my friend is working in big IT company in whitefield, Bangalore .He left his job 17 months back but till now he has not got his pf transferred . They have already taken Annexure -K(for transferring from company trust to epfo) . He has already raised Grievances in EPFO.. but trust me nothing happens after several follow ups .

I moved from company which has own trust to a new company (joined with EPFO). my query : I was absconded after 1 yr immediately joined another, but DOE from exempted employer is wrongly marked till date (>3 yrs)....what i have do now...as i did not get FNF and exp letter along with my PF which was adding in trust account...............

Uske baad Nagpur me kaam karane laga.uska PF epfo me jama hota hai.Maine Nagpur wale kaam ko chhod diya hai .Problem ye hai ki abhi mai jab claim karata hu to purana Trust ka member ID show ho raha hai .Mai nai company ke pf se advance bhi nahi nikal pa raha hu. In practice na toh old company kuchh document deti hey aur na present company ka HR kuchh likhta .Kewal employees ko hi sab karna parhata hey aur year to year bhatakte rehte hein PF Transfer ke liye. Mujhe 2 yrs ho gaye abhi tak exempted company se PF transfer nahi hua . In fact HR ko knowledge bhi nahi hoti en sab baaton ki aur will bhi nahi hoti ki study karke apni duty ko understand karke , duty karein . Companies ko es baare mein kuchh vichar karna chahiye. Hii sir. A. company Account trust jo mai transfer kr liya tha. B. company me amount credit ho gya tha. C. Company joining kiya to B company ka paisa transfer ho gya but trust je jo amount add huaa tha wo transfer nhi huaa. Sir please koi solution hai.

I am getting error message as "AS YOUR ESTABLISHMENT IS EXEMPTED IN PF, PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR WITHDRAWAL CASE TO CONCERNED TRUST. ". But trust is saying that PF service period should be greater than 5 years where I joined in PF 4 years back. Is there any other way to withdraw the amount? Appreciate quick response. Thanks!!

My previous company is telling that they have transferred the PF amount to Regional PF office, how to take that amount and add to current employer.

I changed my company from TCS to UST on 2021. I generated the form 13 on jan 2022. But forgot to provide the form 13 to TCS HR for further process. now in 2024 I already changed two companies. So in the form 13, my present employer is already the previous employer and I am not allowed to generate another form 13 for my current employer. So How can I get the money back.
