Fukuryu Ramen isn't about the quick, cheap ramen you make on your dorm room hotplate. The bowls served at this Columbus eatery are rich, fulfilling and packed with flavor. In the final installment of ASC Eats, we sit down with Fukuryu Ramen owner and psychology alumnus Jeff Tsao ’99, whose restaurant both celebrates and puts a modern twist on ramen's traditional Japanese roots.
