There's alot that's not mentioned such ad many people developing shingles....systic growths...acne in the genital area...hemroids....boils in the mouth..gums...and around the mouth... Including the tongue which some think they are cancur soars....throat phlegm that comes up continuously....etc

The one symptom that is driving me nuts is this prickly almost burny skin sensations I’m getting over my body. It’s mainly in my feet and face area but when there are big flares it becomes intense and can cover my whole body. I wish I could get rid of it. It’s driving me nuts and I’ve had it for at least a few months now 😭 Also very strange I’ve caught myself calling my cat by the name of my childhood cat who died many years ago last few weeks, very weird and I’m also dreaming a lot about people from my past.

You should take some vitamine B 12 (of good quality). I had been having the same symptom for months and that vitamin helped me in some degree. It helps the nervous system which is quite affected during ascension.

I’ve been going through this process for about nine years. I’ve been releasing trauma, my own and ancestral trauma. I’ve learned that when your body is not able to handle certain foods, it’s showing you you have a stored trauma in the body pertaining to that food. I have had so many. Once you acknowledge that trauma and do the forgiveness for it, you will be able the eat that food again within a few days to a week. Pretty crazy I know, but t that’s how it works. I felt I needed to share that message with you. 🙏🥰

Wow!…This message came at the MOST perfectly synchronized moment!…SERIOUSLY… I was feeling all scrambled up in my heart and my head, about an hour or so ago…And this message popped into my notifications on RU-vid. Thank You so very much for connecting with me….and you are SPOT ON when you talk about the shoulder and neck pain… My right shoulder feels like my rotator cuff is dislocated and I am feeling muscle weakness in that area that feels like it’s deep in the bone… I’ve had terrible tension in my neck, too, for over a year… The most frustrating thing is that the pain is interfering with my meditation and I am unable to meditate, actively.

Add a pinch of celtic salt to your water. Or take a grain of the Celtic salt under your tongue and let dissolve then drink water. The minerals will help your water absorb better. I also find adding lemon juice to my water to help with ascension symptoms :)

This has been sooooo intense for me I went to the hospital. My heart rate was going up with weird body sensations (legs feeling shaky). I was a heavy drinker for years. My body forced me to quit that and smoking about 2 months ago. I have been urinating a lot to the point my electrolytes were off when I went to the hospital. Hope Everyone is doing well! ❤

The gassy stuff is really common, I'd been having the back stuff on the right side, too. This is the side of the body where anger and fear can often hide in these organs. Often when we begin the release of these emotions the sensation will go away rather quickly. Liver, gallbladder, and kidneys are being affected the most right now, and often these are where the pains are coming from, trying to get our attention. Thank you for your comment, dear soul! If you don't mind me butting in, three things I do: 1. Diatomaceous earth. Do your research on it first. It has special handling. 2. Two whole cloves chewed daily. This has many benefits besides parasite control. 3. Coconut oil. A tablespoon a day. You can have it in your hot drink or just eat it. I cured my eczema with a carnivore diet. I was on keto for two years, and then two weeks into carnivore, eczema gone and has not been back.

Yes, the skin stuff is so annoying! Lol Firetopman gave a really good list above this comment, I also use a lot of clove, ginger, and onion for these purposes. The onion will absorb the toxins/parasites that are small enough to absorb, then take it out for you through your excrement. I'll also place raw onions (cut side) against my skin to pull toxins/parasites out, it's amazing how dark the surface becomes over a short time. Please do your research before trying any of the remedies, I also avoid over priced products with extraordinary promises, though I've heard there are some amazing options that can be bought in this way? Apple vinegar. One tablespoon in a glas of water, 3 times a day. And for excema, i had it bad for years. Try nivea but only in the tin can. It works for a small group. Lucky me. Never came back.

Pamela dear, you are doing a great job. OMG!!! The symptoms are off the charts. The vibrations, shaking, emotions and growing pains.. The dizziness and exhaustion besides the physical challenges continue coming up for attention. I am having skin issues on my legs... my solar plexus keeps firing up and the spine vibrations are constant. My heart chakra will only relax after grounding and sunbathing. Taking a cold salt bath. Even my hair has changed because my crown feels funny 😅 I have also been experiencing fear and anxiety and its really uncomfortable. I can go on over and over again. thank you Pamela. last week of june and thru july : very intense fibromyalgia type body pain. ongoing. atypical insomnia , usually sleep at some part of the night, but it's been hard to sleep at all. older and i came down with something in this time period. felt very ill. all month. however the pain & not sleeping feel strongly related to an elevated energy intensity. can be confusing to discern what's what.

I have been feeling all these symptoms for over a week ... now keep waking up to pee a lot between 3 to 5am ... seeing loads of numbers per day 2222 , 1717, etc . Headaches , jaw hurts itching, I'm drinking Clove tea spiriluna , loads of other herbs , turmeric is good . Forgetful 😅 as well . I got really sick and was in the hospital for 2 weeks. (Colitis/IBS ) It came out of the blue and some people thought I wouldn’t make it. I was being pumped with fluids and saline. I didn’t leave that room for 2 weeks. My heart rate was reaching 157. I’m out now. But the world seems different. Many things feel different. For some reason, my interest changed. I used to be obsessed with Kdrama, now I don’t care about it anymore and find it silly and a waste of time. I want to do more and be more. Is this normal? The doctors have me on steroids and other stuff but it doesn’t seem natural to me. I feel like I lost a part of myself and I want her back. These drugs feel like they are weighing me down.

At 4:30 am the morning of the New Moon last week, I awakened with my hands bright red, intensely itching. Over the next 30 minutes the redness spread to my knees. Esophagus was constricted to the point it felt like water was stuck at my Throat Chakra. Eventually threw up a tiny bit after taking an antihistamine. Hi! New to your channel and delighted to have found you :) Just to add some more symptomes to the endless list, recently I've noticed moles showing up in my skin and then disappearing in a matter of days. Also, never really paid attention to this one but since some months ago (maybe March this year), I have been experiencing a popping sensation in my brain when I am very relaxed/about to fall asleep. Ths is very intermitent and it has happened again in the last few days. It feels like a depressurization of the brain? Not painful but definetely noticeableit even makes a -inner- sound. Wondering if it has to do with the Pineal Gland 🤔 Thank you for what yo do and lovely to meet Higher Vibrations!💖🖖🧞

Thank you Pamela. I appreciate this and you! I am going with the flow while having many of the symptoms that you mentioned. My main aggravation is the sinus congestion especially my left ear and extreme bloating so uncomfortable. My priority is taking care of and listening to my body everyday.
