Over load (owner's greed), poor maintenance (cost cutting by owner), under powered engines (buying cheaper prods), bad roads (corruption). To balance all of this the driver has to come up with absolutely unique ideas to do their job which mostly lead to fatal or dangerous situations. To add the car and bike drivers who have no idea how hard it is to drive a truck keep blocking their path & break their momentum in the process.

Before entering the ghat road there must be a weighing scale. If the loaf is excess then they must not allowed to continue on that ghat. It causes problems for everyone because of the overload. Each government must take into consideration about this. There must be a crane 24X7 along this types of ghat ig any breakdown occurs.

This is what happens when you are traveling in a very steep terrain and you have a truck with underpowered engine. Problem could also be due to over weight I don't understand why we have trucks that haul heavy loads having low powered engines. We still don't have the concept of tractor trailers in a big way like it is in the western countries. Alternatively, we must have trucks that have engine capacity of nearly 400 to 450 bhp atleast to haul loads like these.
Everything comes at a price. Modern high power truck engines need more specialized maintenance. I don't know how much specialized maintenance shops are available over there, but most truck drivers here in Europe can't do any repairs on their own trucks because they are so sophisticated. It makes maintenance much more expensive. Of course it comes with great benefits to safety, comfort and the environment. In the USA, quite a large number of operators try to stick to the really old trucks with basic tech, because they are more fuel efficient (though they produce more soot particulates, bad in the city!) and cheaper to repair when something breaks. I would suggest to the manufacturer of this truck, that it needs another extra low crawl gear or a splitter gearbox to extend the gear range downwards. It's better to move slowly than to not move at all.
This truck manufacturer can purchase whole truck industries in the entire wold in a second, not in a minute. He owned jaguar and range rover with closing eyes. Just imagine... You
Once you start getting traction on low, you don’t brake after crawling every 6 inches. Ofcourse a little bit more HP and better driving skills would help.

Driving extremly steep roads with hopelessly underpowered and overloaded trucks like this one is irresponsible. It endangers the security, health and in the worst case life of the truck drivers. How many horsepowers does this truck have? 180? It should have at least 300, 400 would be better.
