Thank you for posting this video. At 53 years old, I am working towards 6 days a week half primary series. I will do this standing series as a build up to the half series. Perhaps 3 days a week of this standing poses routine and 3 days a week of half primary for now. This video may be what I have been looking for to stay committed. Thanks Kino. It seems a very logical stepping stone video for those working towards the full primary.
I love this. I have the Ashtanga series led by Kino on Cody, but it's really nice and fun to see other people enjoying it, struggling with it, and committing like we all do every time we get on our mats. Just a fun perspective. Thanks! Keep up the awesome channel guys.
I do yoga along with this video and Half Primary series video at least 3 times a week since I went to your workshop in Seoul, Korea. Thank you and hope to see you again soon, Kino!
Happy, joy, joy on my Yoga journey. 1. I could almost keep up 2. I could practically do all the poses. 3. THANK YOU Kino. I learn so much from your practices. Fangirl moment out:)
Thank you for posting this video Kino! Thoroughly enjoyed watching it and learned a lot. Boundless peace & blessings to you- I hope to join you in London soon! Namaste, Danielle x
Hey Kino!! I've been teaching my friend Ashtanga yoga and she feels her shoulder about to dislocate in downward dog (her shoulder often dislocates) any idea how to modify this??
pressure on the joints often indicate that the student is not using their muscles to hold themselves up. also eventually, if downdog is done correctly, most weight should be borne by the lower body.
