Parkrun at Ashton Court... VR20 celebrations... vegan runners descended on Ashton Court to celebrate 20 years of Vegan Runners.
With Nearly 200 Vegan Runners attending from Scotland, Wales (me) and other places around the UK there was an amazing atmosphere from the get go.
A warm May day allowed for some great running and even some ice-cream (vegan) to be consumed by everyone.
