Asian down perm | Puffy side hair | peterphungus 

I'm mexican and I have this hair and i got to tell you after you get your haircut and your hair starts growing, even tho your hair still looks fresh AF you got those puffy sides and really messes the whole thing up

I want to grow my hair but everytime it gets to the helmet stage all I wanna do is have it shaved.

I'm not asian, but for some reason I have the same sitch lol

I’m salvadorian and my hair is a lot much more thicker than yours it’s not exactly straight but it’s still pretty straight and all I do to flat down the side of my hair is put on a headband right after a shower that goes from side to side and the back of your head too, this should definitely help anybody watching this guy because I mean his hair isn’t nearly as thick as mines even if my sides puff out you can’t see my scalp

I am Native American and I got super thicc hair and it’s not even funny, everytime I go in for a haircut I get comments on how thick my hair is but what I’m saying is I got porcupine hair on the sides while the top of my hair is about 5 inches long, and when I do my usual comb over I have a flat top with my sides sticking out, so I noticed dark complected races that have dark hair have super thick hair but it’s just my native genes that make my hair so hard to work with even after getting it thinned out, but good video and good content!

Have the same problem as well, but what my solution is just to wear a cap 30-1 hour before i go out and it stays that way for hours…

When I was little I always had the sides like that and I would put gel on it 🤣but now it goes down idk how it changed it looks good

I been doing this for a year and instead of a headband, i get a durag that looks like a stocking and cut out the top. That way top is open and you it only pushes the sides down. You can really get your hair stick to the skin
