Asians tend to hold more fat in their faces causing them to have a baby-faced appearance but it helps them in aging more gracefully, as they retain more fat in common fat transfer locations i.e., better undereye support, e.g., aegyo-sal, cheeks, hollows of the eyes, forehead, nasolabial folds, etc. Hence, lowering body fat to 12% is not enough. 8-10% is ideal to bring out underlying bone structure
This is so true. I'm a naturally tone asian, 6'2 weighing at 165 lbs so I'm actually considered underweight. Visible 6 pack, and yet my face is still chubby. My face was way sharper and objectively better looking when I was severely underweight at 145 lbs which is borderline unhealthy for my height. Now I gotta diet down to around 10% bodyfat and it sucks bc I recently discovered how much I enjoyed food 😭 (Didn't used to be a big-eater until recently). A chubby face is a blessing for asian women, but man is it rough for us guys when it's not exactly an attractive feature on us 💀
Number one tip: don’t try to hide your features with white makeup. Exploit ur most naturally masculine features and ensure harmony as much as possible.
Call me a coper, but, at least in 2023 western countries, ethnicity by itself doesnt actually hold much difference. We think it matters more because we compare 2 faces of different ethnicities, where 1 face is inherintly prettier because of different bf% and bone structure.
since high school ive been getting fades all the way to my part and usually keeping the top short. for half a year i thought i could pull off the slicked back undercut but ive decided to return to the bowl cut i used to have in middle school. for about a month since typing this comment im going to grow out the sides, and since the top is long ill have to trim it down. the ideal for me is a 2010's era justin beiber bowl cut in black, which will definitely take time. Im about 14% body fat at 5'8" 125 lbs though maybe i cut clean bulk a little and cut to burn the fat pads on my cheek. fashion i have down to a science but skin care is a must, moreover i wear these malcom x glasses, which combined with my cheek pads make me look like the "billions must die" wojak so i need to get contacts asap. i should also get my ears pierced so i can fully accessorize, i could also use more rings and chains. within a year i hope i can ascend from what i believe is a current 4/10 rating of myself
@Realkeonr got height measured at a doctors office and I'm actually 5'6, I haven't bulked but I have grown my hair out (in a similar style to Chris Norman in the music video of "living next door to alice" by smokie) though it's starting to thin out. Replaced glasses with aviators, and no change to weight or bf%. TL;DR still a 4/10

There are some really handsome Asian dudes, like Bruce Lee for example, but the problem with most Asian dudes is they're poor facial features which make them unattractive to women. If you lower your body fat and work out you might see results but in some cases even with a low body fat you might still have a chubby face, like me. And I am not even Asian.
I tend to notice people who have low body fat but chubby faces were naturally skinny to begin with on the other hand people who were fat to begin with with chubby faces who decide to cut, lowkey they start to get that Jordan Barret Skeleton face look
Bruce Lee only looks good cause he was a quarter german and got very lucky with the genetic Recombination as his son Brandon Lee did too. Asians and Halfies are Ugly 95% of the time if not 99%. Bruce and Brandon are like top 1%. It's better to just not be asian at all, even one drop.

im skinny but my cheeks are extremely bloated. Especially in the mornings. Is it a bf% issue? or do i just need more muscle? However one thing i did notice is that the issue usually resolves itself after i work out or sweat a considerable amount. But if i dont do that my face is bloated
Fat levels are not correlated with waist. You can be fat and have a skinny waist since fat is going out frontward. It's all about whether you can see your abs or not. If you can't see your abs, you have a thick layer of fat to deplete.
Hell no with the makeup bro😂 but I’m aware of the appeal of kpop which gets girl so obsessive over. Tbh I usually am the type of guy to be different than any other Asians, which I always avoid anything kpopish but I consider having more of a kpop hair if it looks appealing I guess.
