@@yani.leigh. Hi Yani. The + is a more comfortable better quality shoe like you've said. But the plate is flatter in the + compared to V1 so it does't give as much energy return over 5k for example. My ideal shoe would be the + with the plate-placement of the V1.
It's one of those things where you just can't go wrong. I think looking at the marathon distance , the adios pro 3 gives a little more flexibility in terms of foam and heel to toe transition when you're feeling tired. But with the quality of both, you're really just splitting hairs. Really just comes down to what makes you confident, feel fast and enjoy what you're doing.
@@isidrotormogarcia4879 to be honest I have the pro 3 over the next % . A little extra weight is an after thought for me and I think I m starting to appreciate lightstrike pro more than zoom x!
@@yani.leigh. yes is very soft in Pro 3 and the response is faster than in ZoomX. Feels very elastic and more natural. Nearer to FFTurbo but a bit smoother.
Hey! Unfortunately I have not. I've heard really good things about it though. I typically stay away from the gel as I find typical foam is lighter, soft and more responsive while running. But thats just me! I have heard they do fit quite narrow though so if it is something you're looking at, definitely worth trying on or having a good return policy with!
Honestly Ive been in the exact same boat for years. Even right now, after putting in all the training, would I really want to line up in anything that's not Nike or Asics . Testing these shoes is opening me up for change and if I was to make that leap, I think my money would be on the Metaspeed Sky +. Very very unique experience !
@@yani.leigh. wow OK that's pretty decent. I actually bought a pair of AA Pro 2 yesterday for 90 quid!! Insane as I bought a pair 6 months ago for 180. Imo they are the best running shoes ever made. Vaporfly 2 was great but not as good.
@@longshlongsilver293 AA pro 2 is what made me start moving from Nike . I enjoyed that shoe a lot, lightstrike pro just hits different. That's an incredible deal, can't go wrong with that!
