@Heath Sims Yeh it is a compliment in a way. I always thought that research based studies weren't to be considered compliments. But I guess it is a huge compliment and some research studies that talk negatively can be seen as an insult. Or am I going too far here? I do seem to see that white people seem to somehow age a bit quicker but it seems their ability to take more vit d is a double edged sword. Same way the melanin that reduces the absorption of vit d is somehow a blessing in disguise. However, both have their pros and cons. People in my country are weak to the bone even tho they live in sunny places so its worse in the colder regions. Just the way we are, we balance each other out.

Darker skin is slow aging because of the amount of melanine and elasticity, it is also thicker compared to the white one, darker skinned people are less subject to skin cancer... When I say darker I am including the indian skin, chinese skin, African skin, mediterranean skin...

People of African decent are beautiful! I love the sound of their voices, their gorgeous skin, their sense of humour, the natural movement and flow of their bodies...I love a multitude of attributes that the African genetics has!! My Great Great Grandfather on my mum's side was half African American and white American and his wife, my GG-Grandmother, was Australian Aboriginal. Unfortunately most of the African/Aboriginal in me is only a tiny amount...too much white in the bloodlines afterwards. If only my skin didn't Crack!

Steve gets a lot of negative drags online and, being from the UK, I really don't know why some of it is so vitriolic. But these sorts of clips here, to me, show him to be a really genuine guy who really knows how to connect with people. Love it!
