He needs to doubled up on job number 2 or 3, he lacking motivation, to either elevate the education and skillset. If not RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN, that is LAZINESS AND WANTING TO BE DEPENDENT UPON YOU, What else is he doing and wants to do. Plus was he in prison, hence the mindset of not getting a second job and or elevation of education and trade skills? Lazy mindset

Can he not start a ssf small business such as lawn mower business and or working the extra money for lawn company and or at the hospitals janitorial engineer tech, many hospitals are always hiring
