School Days as a favorite anime is wild.

School Days starts off as a School Life romance anime but as the story continues it gets darker and darker and you end up hating the protag to the core, the ending of the series becomes somewhat satisfying but still it is one of those anime that you shouldn't judge so quickly and just because people outside of Japan do end up judging it too early they never get to experience so much emotion and the real message of that anime. Dammit, I am remembering how much of an asshole the protag was. EDIT: Gintama is a silly anime, they make so many parodies and funny skits of other anime shows, I'd say 20% of the series is serious while the other 80% is just parodies. I am surprised there is not a single person mentioning: Natsume Yuujinchou. It has 6 seasons and a movie, it was definitely popular enough to last from 2008 to 2021 and I feel that has a better representation of Japan with their folklore.

The protagonist don't always win 11:55 Meanwhile Luffy : 1. Nearly executed by Buggy 2. Sir Crocodile Packed him 2 times💀 3. Kuzan frozed him in an instant and rendered helpless. The entire straw hat nearly got killed by kuzan alone. 4. Kizaru treated luffy and his whole crew like toddlers and nearly wiped them out. 5. Got Saved by the Goat Bon chan when he was an inch away from being eaten by wolves. 6. Oh God Magellan did him dirty. So bad that he had to exchane 10 years of his life to get better(not joking). 7. Ayoo my boy got folded two times in Marineford arc 😂. 8. Big mom one shotted him in His gear 4 form 😂 9. First battle against kaido: luffy lost. Second battle against kaido: luffy lost. Third battle against kaido: killed him but the condition was fulfilled and finally his devil fruit gets awakened Luffy been eating L since the year 2000 😂😂

WDYM by yuuyuuhakasyo? It's Yuu Yuu Hakusho (or Hakusyo if you insist on not using Hepburn, which would be a mistake as 99% of people do) And it doesn't "become" anything. It _is_ exactly that. The name is technically Yū Yū Hakusho. Or even Yū☆Yū☆Hakusho if you wanna get fancy.
