Just because that's all he did doesn't mean that's all there is to do lol. To be fair, I also spent like two hours just running around scanning stuff and collecting ore, but for me it was intentional so I could research stuff with it. The game has an absolutely absurd amount of content, it just takes a bit of time to get past the initial tutorial stuff to get really into it. It opens up more and more the more you play.
Looks like Bethesda are keeping with the tradition of relying on the modding community to make the game fun and playable. Todd Howard you've done it again!
Yeah whenever i see gameplay from starfield i feel emptyness and mediocorness and people saying a lot of negativ things and than they say Whoa the ship building is insane thats m, favourite part of the game- and my mind is cant understand that why its so big deal -yeah i sure want to build awesome ships but its a very small fraction of the game that is insgnificant lol. There is ar.ored core 6 which is building mechs and its awesome but nobody mentioned that its the greatest thing in the game cus there were other aspects like ganeplay that was 10/10. but starfield feels like ship building 10/10 and everything else 7/10.

@@fargoth391 In real Bethesda games you can actually walk places and there's things to do lol. This is like, you just fast travel directly into dungeons and there's no meaningful exploration or open world.
Honestly a lot of the sound effects I can even pick up off of fallout's. Like the radiation noise is the same certain clicking noises are the same. Some of the lasers are just slightly different.
I’m just getting to Akila city. It’s ok so far, not amazing but not horrible. I’m hoping it’s gets better as the story goes along but in the beginning it’s kinda boring.
I get the feeling that the majority of the negative comments are coming from people who have not played the game, and are forming their opinions based on the videos they have watched. If you like Skyrim and/or Fallout, you will enjoy Starfield.
I love how Asmon didn't pay any attention to the game explaining ship turning radius to him, then he wonders why he can't keep the enemy ship in his sights during combat...
I was laughing because I actually had to turn it up from the default when I played lol. My DPI is set to like 9000. I don't really use my whole arm or hand to move the mouse though, just my wrist.
I like how the hair option are agonizing. There's a reason why astronauts have military looks. The more hair, the more terrain that molecules have to attach to. I have to wonder if Asmond has ever played a Bethesda game before. All the random clutter loot baffles him.
I just don’t understand how Bethesda seemed so proud of themselves for this game. Parts have been so bad (combat, exploration) that I have literally laughed out loud. Easily their worst game to date, excluding fallout 76.
my favorite part of this game is when the starfield guy say "it's starfielding time!" and starfielded all those 1000 computer generated planets with nothing in it truly one of the game of this year
i want people to keep in mind a lot of the planets are barren with multiple poi’s because like the human population has dwindled down to like 1.12 million, and that’s across the galaxy there’s no sentient alien life not that i’ve discovered yet anyway or heard about
Wow, in Skyrim when you walk around you run into all sorts of the things to do. Starfield....lets have them run around empty areas but make it look great, oh, and mine ores. I'll pass on this one.
Yeah I avoided this one. I was pretty sure it was going to be a reskinned Fallout or Skyrim. I knew they'd just reuse assets for planets and the extent of exploration would be flying from planet to planet to collect rocks or do the same cave dungeon over and over. Glad I didn't waste my money.
It is not literally No Man's Sky where all you can do is land, mine, and upgrade, but there are some things No Man's Sky did better, most obviously being able to explore all the planets on foot.
there is literally zero improvement from this game to the gaming community, in Cyberpunk you had new levels of cinematic, map density and they are making huge effort in making the game more lively like gta 5. I don't hate on starfield but right now all I see is another braindead npc game with everything we already know without particular in depth aspect. literally the first space fight made me fall asleep watching it. Feels more like a naval battle than a space battle. Every space fight should happen really quick and managed through slowmotion and decision making more than direct shooting, you can already shoot on planets. Ships should do 180 degrees manuvers and one shot on targets. Shield should be a blessing not a fortnite second hp bar. why the hell they made ennemy ships speak on open coms and adress to the player, why the hell all interactions are mostly statics on npc faces all of this so far seemed very old to me honestly. While Cyberpunk even at release was a Movie and very interactive and immersive. I mean, looks like another fake rpg, prop to the character creation, they managed to merge most npc assets into cosmetics for the player
This game just seems like a whole lotta dialogue and empty space right now, I still gotta try it out but hopefully further in the game it gets more interesting
Nothing to do with mods, if you need others to make mods to improve the game, all that tells me is the devs did a shit job and the game is very very lacking.
Gotta give Asmon credit where credit is due. He may have a bad case of streamer brain, but at least he figured out the favorites radial menu. Tons of streamers got through 5 hours of gameplay and still couldn't figure that out. Literal idiots playing the game, man...

I knew this game was going to be generic and boring, and to think they could have just worked on ES6. Just what we needed another FPS space sim, only 9000 of those have been made in the past 5ish years, hell why not just make it another craft survival game for double lame points. What happened to the classic sword and sorcery RPGs 😮💨
Man I think it's poetic that he just finds two caves on Earth. One of the planets pretty much everyone will visit and it's still boring as fuck to explore.
i thought it was like Star Citizen some bits are they needed to let u do more flying in Star Citizen u can take off and flying into space and back from space to a planet on Starfiеld its a loading screen after loading screen still looks good but Star Citizen way better
