Tbh, if I had the power to get gear for my alts, why wouldn't I use it? And gearing alts if people are willing to help doesn't sound that bad. I would also assume the people feel like they are part of a bigger grp when they play "trough" Asmon. Yeah it looks and sounds hive mindish but there are a lot of other things that work same way and are seen as "good" ways to do things. Just writing what comes to mind if I was neutral.

To be fair as long as Classic keeps going, eventually, everyone who raids and continues to play will be fully geared. If nothing new is added to Classic, everyone will gear up I think. Or start alts and try gearing a different class etc. etc. At that point, it's more of a time-relative thing. And even being fully geared, does he not still run raids and get gear for others? Streamers don't play like others and are just given things in the game, but that doesn't mean his point is irrelevant.

Yeah, i dont get his opinion on that matter either. Like people put a lot of time into getting gear, sometimes days, sometimes weeks, waiting for a specific drop without getting payed for that unlike a streamer. And then it just gets ninjad away from them. Of course it sucks and most other people can feel that, because it happened to them as well at some point. So naturally people are gonna massively complain about it. Yes, it is a game, but nobody wants to waste their time, not even in a game.

He jokes about ninjaing every now and then, he even drags it out for the sake of views and hype, but he usually doesnt ninja big items for himself. And he is open about the reason why that is the case. He said it in the recent raid when they got Teebus. He literally said why should he ninja items when he could get them for free. The point Pilav was making was that he - as a pillar of the community - did not make his stance clear. Your opinion is usually - and i am sorry that i have to say that to you, maybe i am wrong - an opinion of unemployed or lonely players. I double down on my first reply and repeat: Nobody wants to waste time.

Not even 10 minute in the video and you can already confirm he is a hypocrite. In the beginning he says leveling was fun and a great journey, later when pilav calls out his fake excitement ( maybe it was real but that's not the point) , he says ofc im happy because i hate leveling.

And the whole tips clip had nothing to do with asmongold, yet he somehow got dragged into it , totally not because they are his friends , totally because he wants to defend them from pilav. What worse is that he really wanted an apology from pilav while the whole thing had nothing to do with asmongold ( mainly) , even when pilav was completely right for calling them out. Then decides to call pilav jealous , like bruh this is who pilav was and has always been.

I'm pretty sure asmongold would agree with what you just said. And a week later he and everyone else would be laughing about it and probably not trying to ruin someones life.
