@@HaohmaruHL That's doesn't really matter I guess I just assume it was so. Shira must have said that gender of the dragon and I forgot. That's or I'm thinking of Sister Friede who I had trouble with, but now is one of funnest fights in the game for me.
He's playing with an axe held with both hands it has more attack speed and damage than most weapon archetypes and enemies in the game which is why it looks easy.
Like the first time he tries fighting vordt without locking on, somehow dodging perfectly, getting the i frames, making him delusional, like not locking on is some kind of hidden advantage xD
When he said the uchi was bad because it had a lower base damage than the battle axe, like his brain is still in WoW mode where bigger numbers are the only thing that matter.
2:01:00 are you serious he literally just got the shortcut and even made it back to the bonfire but because he has literally no situational awareness he doesn't notice
@@kayqueelson1761 I don't know, if I saw a hollow ready to do some sus bazingas I'd most likely destroy it before it tries anything. Even if Asmongold did by any chance did google anything it was not enough to really change anything.
WHAT???? 336 IS MORE THAN 333???? HE LOST 3 POINTS??? HE TOTALLY RUINED THE WEAPON, HE CAN'T USE SHRIVING STONE!!! I'M TYPING IN ALL CAPS BECAUSE I'M MAD
I don't suffer from motion sickness...but watching him jerkily jolt the camera the way he is doing by playing with mouse and keyboard with the sensitivity set as low as possible like he's playing WoW PVP is pretty nauseating all the same.
@@raspberrypie1706 tbf of you're a noob vordt is not that easy, I mean he's a lot harder than Taurus demon for example. Now for someone who already beat DS... vordt should be a walk in the park
@@raspberrypie1706 I died to vordt aswell mostly because his dash attack is instant and if you accidently touch the hit box while behind him you die instantly.
When he said “Strong attack that’s the only attack I use.” I went into a state of cardiac arrest due to the sheer amount of ass whooping Asmons about to get.
And the fact that he manages to beat the winged knight, gundyr, the knights AND managed to get the claymore so easily after a few tries and dying a few times is genuinly suprising especially if you compare that gameplay with vordt....
yea but dark souls 1 and 3 don't play similar at all, in 3 the main tactic is roll spam and having to learn the no warning moves and often bs mechanics each boss in 3 has, dark souls 3 bosses are more annoying and cheesy then they are truly well designed hard bosses for the most part, some are better than others but most are terrible. At least all the bosses look cooler but beating a boss in 3 is more like "I beat that annoying fuck finally" instead of the other game where its "YESSS finally beat that hard dude"
@@bluexander7575 what are some noob ass wuss? i took on DS1 and 2 and thanks to my experience there DS3 was relatively easy at the beggining. i mean seriously all you need to know to beat vordt is the usual go behind and hit its ass which is applicable in many bosses of the souls series.
45:40 The look on his face. He doesn't lock on target so he can't efficiently circle-step enemies. This is going to be good if chat doesn't spoil it like in DS1.
I refuse to lock on. It just feels weird and wrong at the same time. Only lock on if it’s a flying enemy, and I physically can’t move my camera high enough (ex: Nameless King first phase). Locking on w/ kb&m isn’t always the move.
People continue to post anti advice yet hes getting all of his advice from the messages. I literally still can't believe he done a lap and ended up at the first bon fire and legit couldn't wrap his head around it like he was presented with davinci's code, i still don't think he even realises that he went back to the first bonfire
Asmongold almost defeats the angelic knight, then dies. On his next try acts stupid and dies quicker (and doesn't even bother to claim the souls) => "I can't defeat this guy..." I must be a masochist to watch this playthrough...
It was funny at the beginning but by the winged knight I'm actually experiencing physical pain. Video is currently paused before he dies the first time, as I consider if this is the first thing I want to go through in 2019.
@ULTIMATEGOOSE Normally I would laugh it off and agree with you, we all know how a first dark souls playthrough can go. But this... this is special. You need to be a special kind of masochist to sit through.
In Dark Souls 3 the invasion system makes it very hard for you to get invaded without a summoned phantom or using the fingers. It pretty much prioritizes everyone, except solo players. I didn't get invaded during ANY of my playthroughs, just because I didn't summon anyone. EDIT: Also password doesn't work on invasions, so it's not like he protected his game. Plus we saw other signs, so that's that.
